The hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. Its location was perfect — just a short walk to the metro and the mall, which made getting around Dubai so easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

I stayed in this hotel last month and i reall enjoyed it. Their cleaning service as well as their reception both are amazing. At fist glance i found the room top notch on cleaning standards. I met my floor incharge Mr. Mirza Mudassir i hope i spell it correctly he was very nice and attentive on the floor. He manage his staff like the way it should be. He checked up on me regularly if everything is good in my room or not:
Staff like him in the property always an asset to the company. I will be back soon with my family next year.

The housekeeping supervisor M. Muddshar was outstanding throughout my stay. My room was consistently spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly organized. They checked in regularly to ensure everything met my expectations and handled any request quickly and professionally. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly enhanced my experience. Highly impressed and grateful for their excellent service!
I’d like to highly rate the property. The staff was really courteous and I’d like to give Sanjay a special mention. He’d come personally greet me every night and ask me if I was comfortable with everything. Really appreciate the hospitality.
