VERY UNRELIABLE HOTEL SINCE THEY DID NOT HONOR THE ROOMS BOOKED ON BOOKING.COM .. TOO RISKY TO BOOK ROOMS AT THIS HOTEL SPECIALLY FOR AIRLINE CREW. WE BOOKED ROOMS TWICE ATT HIS HOTEL AND AT BOTH TIMES THEY DENIED HAVING ROOMS

Pros:

Comunicação com o pessoal. Desde a pré chegada tenho falado com a recepção sobre a minha dieta alimentar, cumpriram tudo ao chegar. Porém, sugiro melhorar um pouco a oferta do pequeno almoço.

An excellent place for a business stay.
Pros:

Location, staff, efficiency and helpfulness. I also used the fitness suite, which was well equipped and had stunning views of the city. Hotels in Luanda are famously expensive but often not that good. This was my second visit to RK and I’d come again.

Cons:

The food was OK but no better.

The beds were so uncomfortable, that I had to sleep on the couch for my entire stay. Room not clean
Pros:

The staff were helpful but need to learn English to help foreigners.

Cons:

The buffet options were not up to standard. There were children that will harass you from money on the hotel road each time you go out or come back and try to walk to the hotel.

Pros:

Rapporto qualità/prezzo estremamente competitivo per Luanda. Suite spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Transfer dal nuovo aeroporto a un prezzo ottimo. Mi hanno anche gentilmente lasciato fare il check-in con molte ore di anticipo (arrivavo con un volo notturno). Buon wi-fi.

Cons:

Doccia senza acqua calda. La colazione potrebbe offrire qualche opzione in più.

I really like The help the hotel provided to me. From the staff to upper general manager to help me make a difficulty arrangement which is the help I truly needed. It is above and beyond. Now I come back again and will be coming back in the future

Great room and excellent lunch and dinner. I have been staying at the hotel many times over past years. Always enjoyed.
It is not a 5* Interconti or Marriott, but you also do not pay such prices.

Tive uma estadia excelente neste hotel. A localização é muito conveniente para se deslocar pela cidade, e a vista panorâmica do meu quarto era simplesmente espetacular. Fiquei também muito impressionado com a limpeza impecável e a organização de todas as áreas. Considerando que encontrar alojamento com bom preço em Angola pode ser um desafio, este hotel oferece um valor excecional, combinando ótimas comodidades e conforto por um custo bastante razoável

Studio spacieux, agréable avec une belle vue
Le personnel très gentil et serviable

Cons:

On a eu une chambre un studio qui sentais l humidité et de plus nous avons eu une fuite d'eau dans salle de vain précisément au niveau du bac de douche. Nous avons dû relancer pendant plusieurs jour le personnel avant qu il prenne la décision de nous changer de chambre pour les 2 jours restants de notre séjours.
Changer la tv car nous ne pouvions pas connecter nos téléphones à la tv. Et les images étais brouillé
