Perfect location close to restaurants, shops and a couple of metro stations. The staff were lovely and especially caring with my children. The breakfast was amazing with alot of options to suit everyone. We loved the croffles!
The matress could have been a bit thicker to make it more comfortable. Air-conditioning is a bit noisy at times too.

The hotel room is far below the standard of a 4-star hotel. Based on the photos, even a public toilet is cleaner than this.
I asked the lobby manager if I could change the room or pay extra for an upgrade. However, I was told that there were no rooms available. The counter manager even told me to complain to the travel agent instead.
I will also be raising this issue with the local travel agent.
I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can be recommended as a LINE FRIENDS partner hotel. The cleanliness and overall room standard are unacceptable, especially for families travelling with children.
I have also attached photos for your reference. Please review them carefully, as they clearly show the actual condition of the room. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken.
The location is simply perfect. You can walk anywhere in Myeongdong which an area full of restaurants, night markets, public libraries and shopping areas. It also close to three temples that you can easily reach walking. Simply the best location we have stayed in this family trip.

Ok so this hotel was clean, in a great location, and look it’s not one of these “business” hotels, but it does have a fairly upmarket dining area inside. What i mean is, it’s not pretentious. The cute line characters are there in the front entrance area and these made me smile. Our room was nice, not small not super large, but enough for us and storage was ample. Facilities were good in the room - tea, coffee, robes etc. The shower was powerful and included a rain shower. Beds were comfortable for me ie quite firm! As well as the usual shampoos, nice creams were provided. Staff were polite and helpful. There are laundry facilities on site and these are good quality and not too expensive. On the same floor is a fitness room which was small, but did have good equipment and I used this most days. Now, the breakfast, this was the highlight - again, not pretentious, just chilled and felt good to just pick what we wanted from a buffet style breakfast - i was happy as I love breakfast and trying different things. In particular there is a noodle station which is cute and appealing and also another station in which you can make fresh croffles! I kinda miss this hotel as it just had a good vibe overall - i just felt at home there!
Honestly, nothing really. I enjoyed my stay there and would like to go back.

A localização é ótima, no centro da confusão, mas super tranquilo. Se voltar à Coreia do Sul, vou querer ficar no mesmo Hotel. Obrigada a todos pelo tratamento de excelência.
Location is perfect. Close to namdaemun and myeongdong. Lots of food options around.
Good location and value
Not as clean as I would have expected
Good service. Nice hotel. Fast and early check-in. Good spread for breakfast but basically the same spread everyday. Location is quite near to mrt station and airport limousine.
Struggled a bit with subway stairs and uphill walk to the hotel.
