地點方便

Cons:

隔音很差，空調很大聲、樓上拖椅子聲很大、常有聽到碰撞的聲音，入住4晚，第3天早上反應客服人員，卻說今天住客已退房，但還是有新遊客入住。2人房只有一張椅子可以使用。

Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。こちらの質問に丁寧に的確に答えてくださいました。コンビニも近くにあるので便利に滞在できました。

Cons:

強いて言えば、日によって清掃の程度にムラがあると感じました。2泊目朝に清掃を依頼し、夕方に戻った時はとても綺麗に清掃されていました。

Gutes Stadthotel, mit kleinen Mängeln.
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral. Schneller Check In, Freundliches Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Durch relativ viel Holz im Bad stellenweise Schimmel und aufgequollenes Holz.
Ab und an etwas hellhörig, besonders wenn man abnormal laute Zimmernachbarn bekommt.

とても良かったです！また使いたいです
Pros:

日本語ができるスタッフさんがいたのが助かりました！一人旅だったので、レストランが一人で行ける場所か答えて下さり無事に夕飯にありつけました。
朝のブッフェも和洋中＆韓国揃っており、朝から楽しめました！ちゃんと全部美味しかったです
ロケーションも、南大門の近くでソウル駅まで歩いても行ける距離なのでとても便利です！他の口コミの通り、ホテル前の坂がキツめでしたが、初日だけの事なのであまり気にならなかったです。

Cons:

シャワーの温度が一定ではありませんでした……1日目は熱めのお湯が出てくれましたが、2日目はMAXまで温度の蛇口を捻っても微妙な温度しか出ませんでした笑 寒い1月に来たので、熱々のお湯でシャワーを浴びたかったなぁと思いました。それ以外はとても良かったです！

Pros:

All good things! Excellent location, well sized room with natural light, space to open our suitcases and repack at the end. Good bathroom and shower. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful, always happy to answer questions when we needed help.

Use again for next time!
Pros:

It was very convenient for storage my luggage after checking out. We had a whole day for sightseeing without carrying our luggage.

Cons:

It was a bit hard to find the hotel from the city hall station at the first time. Also the transit at Seoul station was hard with the big suitcases, so nothing as bad with the property but recommend to use the bus or taxi to get to the hotel from the airport.

服務設備貼心，給自助旅行遊客有免費24小時的大型儲櫃空間～房間整潔舒適，可惜床有點小且床墊有點軟，整體活動空間可以，服務人員態度親切，美中不足的是位置距離明洞主要街區有點稍遠，整體來說性價比還不錯👍
