Disappointing
Pros:

The sheets were clean. The receptionist was friendly

Cons:

The walls and doors were filthy and damaged No bar fridge. Not many facilities in the area . Room smells of mould . Couldn’t sleep.

Hotel is pretty new

Cons:

We ordered some grabfood but were too sick to pick it up from reception (since its on a different building) - called reception asking if they can send the food. The girl answered reluctantly " im working! If you want, i send in 10 minutes!"

10 minutes passed... then 20.. then 30.. then 40. No food delivered to our room. My partner eventually had to go to the other building to pick it up and by then the food is cold.


Not only that, during checkin, they said we will have to stay in the other building, to which we were shocked (we have 5 luggages +1 stroller). Mind you the way to the other building is not stroller/luggage/wheelchair friendly. I asked if they could help with our stuff, the male worker said he will send us to our room. He only brought 2 luggages and left it infront of the elevator for the 2 of us to carry to our room, which was AT THE VERY END. The hallway smells like cigarette.


Overall wont recommend as their staff lacks basic hotel manners and hospitality. When we were about to check out, the girl worker didnt even smile at us. Also they charged us late-fee. We checked out around 2.30pm. So it should've been RM25 instead of RM30. The worker also reached out on whatsapp, in a very rude manner asking when will we checkout lol. Send your staff to attend some classes on how to behave..

Lastly, the water heater. We turned it off bit it continued to be really hot the entire time which was unpleasant. So check that out too!

The rooms were clean

Cons:

Need to pay for parking to the Majlis Perbandaran. Hotel doesnt have its own dedicated parking
