They didn’t provide a good costumer service.
Pros:

Through booking.com

Cons:

The way they communicate with their customers. The pool was closed, but they didn’t notify us in advance. There was no free parking available, but they did not tell us in advance, nor they didn’t post it on booking.com

Nice hotel
Pros:

Stunning location, beautiful terrace and barbecue zone
Nice spacious clean rooms, all amenities, rich variety of food for breakfast
Friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel was overcrowded for the July 4th weekend - limited pool access and tables/food availability for breakfast, slow internet etc
Not sure what was supposed to be the "room with a view" (street view counts?)

Did not meet up to the standard of a Hyatt hotel, or maybe the standard has declined.
Pros:

The location was fine, it was easy to drive around, I appreciate that it's not at heart of downtown which makes the driving to/from less stressful. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The sofa bed was awful. I could not sleep for nights. The bar chairs that were paired with the bar table was way too high, made no sense and they were just oddly mismatched, one was a broken office chair and another was just a very bad, way-too-high hair, like chairs the management bought off Facebook Marketplace. The room was clean but the kitchen did not have cutting board though it was promised to be a full kitchen, it was just odd that no cutting board was given though knives were given. In general, the hotel lacked many details, including the breakfast hours (6:30-9:00am) which resulted a high volume from 8-9:00am and many hotel guests were not able to have any food near 8:45am and the doors to breakfast area were shut exactly at 9:00am, leaving guests hungry or just enough time to grab a fruit or two. Though the time is clearly communicated, thoughtfulness and means of providing good experience was lacking. Many guests did not have seats, families had to sit at different tables, this could have been avoided easily by changing the breakfast time to a more reasonable time as I could observe that there were more families during my stay and by shifting the hours or expanding hours of breakfast, it would offer a better experience for most guests. Clearly, there is a space of improvement for the hotel management though I really could see the staff was trying their best (they were also very understaffed during peak summer time). I think the management needs to really consider their priorities even if budget cut is necessary.
