Pros:

Breakfast was very good!

Cons:

There is no valet access after 11pm. So, I had to walk in the dark to park my car down the street.

Best Deal in Portland!
Pros:

Beautiful new and clean building. Fantastic breakfast! This is the best deal in Portland! The area itself is also safe and clean. This is a great place to take family.

Price felt high for the overall offering, but the room was comfortable.
Pros:

The suite was very spacious, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Decent location within walking distance from Downtown Portland and its excursions.

Cons:

It seemed like the staff had a hard time keeping up—hot breakfast items, beverages, silverware, and plates were frequently not restocked in a timely manner. Overall, a good stay, but the breakfast experience could use better support during peak times.

Felt very welcome and taken care of.
Pros:

The property has good amenities (gym, pool, breakfast, bar, etc.).

However, the staff is what makes this hotel great. They are prompt, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. From the valet to front desk to housekeeping to breakfast bar I airways felt welcome and taken care of.

Cons:

Can't thing of anything I didn't like.

Pros:

I liked that it was close to the tram system at OHSU.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Felt like we were weighted down with the linens.
The fire alarm woke out of a dead sleep.

Good modern hotel with breakfast!
Pros:

Overall good clean hotel that includes breakfast and is in a convenient location along the waterfront. There is a street car across from the street you can use to get to key areas and can connect to the Train service.

Easter weekend trip
Pros:

Good modern hotel. Location is decent as well.
There is a light rail station right outside. Great for family with kids who want to visit OMSI . It's just 2 stops away.
Marina is a short walk from the hotel.

Hotel. Parking is extremely expensive though.
Breakfast can get a bit repetitive.

Would suggest to get a room on the higher floor. We were on the 2nd floor so the street noise was disturbing at night .

Staff is great.

Pros:

Nice upgrade to corner suite which we enjoyed. Size of rooms and bed comfort also a bonus.

Cons:

Pull out bed a little uncomfortable and a hot tub would
be a nice addition! Other then that all good!

Very Questionable
Pros:

The overall condition of the hotel was poor. The lobby was very dirty, including a giant sticky mess in front of the elevators that never cleaned up while we were there. The breakfast was a madhouse. My family and I felt like we were fighting over scraps. There was not enough staff at breakfast. There were no towels in the pool area. Zero towels. The rooms were nice enough in the staff that we did see was OK, but overall the experience was not great at all.
