Very friendly staff. Front desk waived our parking fees. Door boy offered great help in handling our luggages and it's tip-free. This is in big contrast to US where you pay a lot of tips and they just take it for granted and service still sucks.

I stayed 6 nights for a visit. Great location, wonderful service and staff! The only thing Is not up to the my satisfaction is that the air conditioning is not working well or not able to be adjusted to lower temperatures.

Awaiting for a large group guest checking in ahead of me. Very slow process, waited for more than 25 minutes in the line. Room is clean. The lobby does not have sitting area or other amenities. Would not recommend.

it's a very comfort hotel, I have stayed here twice. But I found the cleaner have not given enough soap, body lotion and body wash after cleaned the room. I have to call the staff to give me more. Normally, they will leave you one spare soap and body wash etc. but they didn't do this time for some reason.

Pros:

Perfect for those who care a lot about hygiene
Close to Metro (5 min walk)
What a pity that the location is not close to major touristy / business districts (30-45 min to commute with metro / taxi)
Other than that mostly good and up to standards as a 4/5 star hotel and Hyatt brand
