Pros:

２度目の利用です。駅からは若干歩きますが、渋谷という立地を考えれば、安価で、かといって設備が足りないということもなく、非常に価値のある宿だと思います。ベッドルームと、シャワー、トイレ、ロッカーが完全に分離しているので、朝ゆっくりでも、他のお客さんの準備の音が聞こえるということも少なく、よいと思います。

Cons:

特にないです。このまま大きく値上げせず、安価であり続けていただけたらと思います。

Pros:

The place was very clean and organized, place to put your big luggage with locks (but buy an extra lock for the zipper of luggage), also a private locker (suitable for M size suitcases), clean showers and toilet.

Cons:

It is a shared capsule hotel so you may have noisy roommates :)

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn't their forte, every day there were cleaners. However, the curtains had dust, below the "matress" they never cleaned.

good for a short stay
Pros:

The place was very clean, including the toilets and shower rooms. There were enough showers and toilets.

Cons:

There were not kitchen facilities, and the smoking area outside on the second floor did cause the room to smell faintly of cigarettes at times.
It was not very homey, so it was really only a place to sleep, and would not recommend if you are staying longer than one or two nights

After the intrigue of the capsule hotel vanishes, you essentially see it for what it is, an Hostel.
Pros:

The location is extremely comfortable. 5 minutes walk from Shibuya Station, you can explore tokyo during the day, easily go back in the afternoon for a quick change before going out for the evening. Toilets and showers were always clean.

Cons:

Everything else. The capsule are very noisy, I spent 4 days next to a guy who snored from 11pm to 10am every day. A Capsule hotel without communal area becomes very claustrophobic. The storage space was very limited and it is impossible to get your capsule clean as you need to empty it completely, but again with limited storage space that's an hard task.
