Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux, souriant, accueillant et bienveillant dans leurs conseils. La qualité des services est digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Cet hôtel est vraiment idéal pour un voyage de relaxation ou pour un voyage romantique. Le personnel est au petit soin avec sa clientèle. Les repas sont excellents, les formules de petit-déjeuner sont diversifiés, l'hôtel propose des belles activités. Tout était parfait, c'était le meilleur hôtel de tout notre séjour à Bali. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Очень дружелюбный персонал ! Вкусные завтраки , их приносят прямо на виллу к назначенному времени. Можно выбрать несколько разных блюд.
Также есть возможность заняться йогой , по некоторым дням недели это бесплатно ! Всем советуем попробовать )

Absolutely beautiful villas with spacious grounds around every villa. On day one, we had an issue with the door key refusing to let go of the lock. We mentioned it to Reception and it was fixed immediately.

Cons:

Ubud traffic was a nightmare - we only ventured out once and the 9km trip took 50mins. Even the 2.6km drive in the hotel shuttle down to Ubud central took 15 mins each way.

The venue, however, was almost faultless.

Peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting
Pros:

The resort is beautifully set amidst lush greenery, creating a peaceful environment that allows guests to connect with nature and truly unwind. We were very satisfied with the overall experience, especially the excellent service, the friendly and attentive staff, and the quality of the meals provided throughout our stay.

Cons:

As the resort is surrounded by nature, a few small wildlife visitors may occasionally appear. While this is part of the natural setting, a little extra attention to keeping them further away from the guest areas could make the experience even more comfortable.

Awesome stay in a beautiful location!
Pros:

This place is excellent. All of the staff members are super nice and so helpful. They arranged everything for us, including a driver for our half- and full day tours (which were awesome!) and also shuttle service. The property is beautiful. We had a nice pool that was shared between our and three other rooms, which we used for morning swims. You have the option to have them bring your breakfast to your room and enjoy it outside on your patio which we did. We also joined one of their free yoga classes which was led by an experienced teacher. The resort is in a very quiet location, but not very far from the center of lively Ubud.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. We highly recommend this place.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating.
They welcomed us with a smile each time we returned to the villa and assisted us with anything we needed.
