房间舒适干净卫生，餐厅好吃😋，前台接待非常专业。值得一去。还将我把遗留的物品快递回来，太友好了。

Breakfast buffet

I was using this hotel as an overnight stay in transit. While I thought it was t far from the airport, it was more than a 30 minute taxi ride. It took a long time to convince the driver to take me there, because no one had ever heard of the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great for me, as a foreigner, but it might be better for a Chinese person. Staff was very nice, though. Room was so cramped there was barely enough space to open my suitcase!

Great hotel. Newly renovated. Close to metro line 11 so quite convincing to go to Disney. Staff speaks good English. Great hospitality. But ask for rooms facing away from the boulevard, as it could get noisy in the morning. Everything else is good

Very comfotable bed, delicious breakfast with lots of choices

Receptionists were really friendly and helpful.

Staff needs to be more trained in English services.

Facilities are old.

Yes there is better but if you need a safe place clean sheets and good bathroom then it’s ok

We came as a tour group with my family for 3 nights, PROS, large room for twin bed, excellent bed, they have free bottled water. free slipper, and they provide toiletries, near to mart and restaurant CONS, the breakfast serve from day 1 to 3 always the same, the air conditioner control have no English translation so we cant adjust the room temperature into warm since we came in winter season, hotel staff not accommodating if you speak in English, so for 3 days language is a barrier

We went there as part of an Aussie tour group. Not the best as it was not geared at all to western tourists. Government run, I think, and the desk couldn’t give a damn about us. Too far out of the city centre too, given Shanghai traffic. Not recommended.

Came here with our tour group. On pulling up looked nondescript but has been given a trendy revamp. Bed comfy. A couple of food options adjacent to the Hotel. Not much English spoken but you can get by with pointing at pictures.The buffet pretty ordinary. The coffee machine had broken down. Be better to have kona coffee pots instead of these tiny machines with a tube running into uht milk. No restaurant on site so food laid out in bain maries.

Excellent bed and very clean. The breakfast buffet was as very diverse. the staff was excellent. The only draw back was the language translation. We did find staff the did speak and understand english.

Not very easy to reach because of a building spree in the area.
Room was spacious and clean. At breakfast, it's quite difficult to find your way around in order to get some coffee and danishes, just because there was none. Not very welcome to western tourists, There were a lot of items missing and it was quite disappointing.
But altogether it was fine.

This hotel was one of 6 we stayed on with intertrips tour group. Last 2 days before we went home. Not next to anything but not far from Disney and free shuttle was incl if you wanted. Nice breakfast buffet included. Clean and very relaxing but no english on staff and tv remotes were not able to read.

Wassim Hotel is located about 30 minuntes ride from the CBD or The Bund. The hotel room is quite small and not so user friendly. Besides, the TV reception system is quite poor. Breakfast is pretty average.
