OK for 1 night before flying back
Cons:

The room did not fit all the luggage. We did not have control over the air conditioner leading the room to get very hot. The ventilation makes a lot of noise.

とにかく清潔で快適。自宅のアクセントクロスの色ちがいのクロスが貼ってあり、親近感からか熟睡できた。会社の最寄り駅からも近く、繁忙期にまた利用したいと思った。

駅近でリーズナブルでお得感あり
Pros:

駅近でリーズナブル。コンビニ隣接で便利。静かでベッドが寝心地良くてよく眠れた。

Cons:

最初エレベーターに乗るのに手間取った。カードキーをかざすのが分からなかった。タオルが少なかった。ハンドタオルでもあると有難いです。

Pros:

If you’re arriving via Haneda Airport, simply take the monorail and get off at Hamamatsucho Station. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk away. Clean room, nice staff & excellent soundproofing of room.
