Pros:

Le fait qu'il y ait un parking gratuit pour la voiture de location était top.

Cons:

Comme il n'y a aucun personnel visible l'hôtel fait abandonné. Il n'est pas très propre. À l'arrivée les cartes sont posées sur le comptoir et à sa droite du papier toilette, du savon, des serviette... À vous de gérer. En plus, malheureusement, à ce moment là il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude dans l'hôtel. Ils fournissent néanmoins des bons pour aller aux bains publics.

That's it.

Cons:

The only sink in the room was clogged, thus we had to wash hands and clean teeth in the shower.
During our stay (4 days) the room has never been cleaned.

Cozy and Familiar
Pros:

The best part was the owner. She has been so kind and helpful to us. She prepared for two times the breakfast, even if it wasn't included in our booking. Moreover, when I got injured, she provided me the first aid several times during my stay.

Incredible value for money.
Pros:

Incredible value for money, huge room with 3 single beds! Comfortable, spacious and clean. Good location and avaliable parking.

Cons:

A huge room but not enough hangers or closets. Especially in the bathroom - a lot of unused space. You cannot put your stuff anywhere. It would be easy to install some drawers or hangers.
