We had a good stay at Sapa Vista Hotel. The view of the mountain is breathtaking.
Pros:

Sapa Vista Hotel is located at the center. It was 5-10 minutes walk to Moana and Sun Plaza. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they helped us book our ticket to Fansipan and assisted all through our stay. We stayed for 2 nights because we liked how convenient it was.

Cons:

We booked for a standard room, the size was good and you can see the monorail from the window. However, we could hear the noise from the room next to ours, so on our 2nd night, we asked to be transferred to a different room and it was amazing.

If you’re on a budget, stay here. I guess without the fog it has a good view. Also, close to the center of Sapa. Staff e

Location is the best thing here, close to the shopping area.

Cons:

The room was too dark - not because of the fog but because the lights were old. Also- cleaners are not really doing the much needed cleaning of the room.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff members. Location is near to the city centre. Very comfortable bed!

Cons:

Only soundproof of the rooms but everything else was great for the price you pay!
