View from the room and location are only benefits, nice staff

Cons:

Mold and dirt, bathroom smelling of rot and mold, dirty moldy curtains and shower, dirty floor, very low water pressure, clogged drain, old, damaged toilet seat, poor quality breakfast

Disappointing. Other than the location and view nothing positive to write about.
Pros:

The location is great and the cafe at ground level serves great coffee.

Cons:

Rooms are dimly lit and shoddy. Beds are sagging. Shower cubicles leak into main toilets. Breakfast is only local fare with no international options other than egg, which is only cooked one way. Aircons are noisy. The appearance is nothing like shown in the photos.
