I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Quaint Hotel, fantastic views over the valley and near the central part of town. On a clear day, if you are on the valley side of the hotel, you can see the Fansipan buildlings on top of the mountain or you can watch the funicular train go pass.

Cons:

This is not against the hotel. Sa Pa is a very hilly area, so guests with mobility issues need to be aware the road inclines in Sa Pa are very steep. Catch a Grab uptown (cheap as) and walk back down.

Finding a hotel that balances central convenience with serene natural scenery can be tough in Sapa, but Sapa Vista nails it. Situated on a broad main road, our driver pulled up right to the lobby entrance. The location made exploring seamless-we walked to the Night Market in around 6 minutes for dinner and took a quick trip down toward Cat Cat village the next day. Inside, the rooms are thoughtfully decorated with warm wood and Northwest brocade pattern accents, creating an inviting local vibe. The balcony view of Mường Hoa Valley and the Hoàng Liên Sơn peak is phenomenal, especially during sunset. Don't skip breakfast on the top floor-dining while gazing at misty mountain peaks is an unforgettable experience.

Insane views of the rice fields/valley, not far to walk into Sapa town but in a nice quiet area
Pros:

Beautiful views from the room, large spacious room and comfortable bed. Large bathroom! Pano views from the room. Great location, short walk up to Sapa town with places to eat and shop on road leading to Sapa. Staff very freindly and helpful! Very close to Cat Cat village,and the start of all the hiking.

Cons:

Rooms are a little weathered, some new curtains, flooring and entertainment set up could make such a difference. But still the wow factor when you see the views, didnt take away from enjoying our stay.
