Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, zu Fuß zum Szrand 3 Minuten...die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt...man konnte das Hallenbad benutzen...die Dachterrasse war auch sehr schön und gepflegt...das hat alles gepasst...

Cons:

Das Petsonal...ausgeschlossen das Reinigungspersonal..sehr freundlich...war extrem unfreundlich...es entspricht keinesfalls das 4 Sterne Niveau....ab den 3 Kaffee hat man müssen zahlen...obwohl der Gesamtpreis nicht billig war...und das Frühstück insgesamt war überhaupt nicht 4 Sterne

Nie wieder!!!
Cons:

Wir waren Ende Mai beim Ärztekongress in Grado. Obwohl auf Kredikarte reserviert, d. h. die Kreditkarte war hinterlegt, hat man uns aufgehalten und die Begleichung von Kosten BAR vernlangt. So mussten wir für unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort zahlen. Das war ungut und wir waren auch entsetzt. Wozu hinterlegt man eine Kreditkarte???
Nichts einfacher, als die Summe abzubuchen - Oder? Wer trägt heutzutage noch soviel Bargeld mit sich auf Reisen?
So etwas möchten wir nie wieder erleben!

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super vielfältig. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ganz nahe am Meer. Unser Zimmer war schön groß mit Kühlschrank und vom Balkon aus hat man Ausschnitt vom Meer gesehen. Bad mit Fenster frisch renoviert. Man konnte vom Hotel günstig ein Fahrrad leihen. Das Personal spricht perfekt deutsch.
