Clean and pleasant
Pros:

Clean, spacious. A quiet and pleasant accommodation. Would be better if it provides washer in the apartment. The hot water seems to be inconsistent and had to be fixed. The dining room serves sufficiently good breakfast sets- recommended.

Pros:

We called the front desk for extra coffee and were told they could not give us anymore. The utensils provided in the room were dirty, had been used and never washed.
Went downstairs to ask for an extra bowl and they didn’t understand me and said they dont have any. Then after going to talk to someone finally gave me an extra bowl.

securityboxが使いにくく古いタイプなのか結局使えなかった。

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful although poor english (but it is commom in all Thailand, even in big hotel brands)
Breakfast is very poor if you are a big eater, if not, you will be fine. You can choose only one option of their menu (thai typical breakfast) and they have 2 options of cereals, milk, coffee and only one option of bread.
Room are clean, beds are comfy, not a luxury but ok. Nice bed.
Overall a good place for the low price. Don´t expect nothing fancy but it is pretty okay.

Not for tourists
Pros:

Green Mansion is really for people who are working in the local area, mainly for Japanese, I say this as the T V channels were either Thai or Japanese and the complimentary breakfast was more Japanese however being complimentary we decided to give it a miss. Hotel is out of the way for tourists we were lucky as we had our own car but had to travel a fair distance to the tourist sites. The room was tired with old fittings but on the plus side the cleaning staff were very helpful and kept the room spotless.

Pros:

Handy because there are two convenience stores near the hotel.
There is a Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel so you do not have to worry about meals.
