Very pleasent.
Pros:

This is my second stay at The Queens Head Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for my visits to Kingston. The staff are exceptional. Meals were sublime. I will certinly be visiting the Queens Head Hotel again.

Cons:

There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel and staff.

Las chicas del pub son encantadoras, están siempre atentas a todo son muy amables la comida está buenísima y hacen todo lo posible porque estemos bien, son las mejores! Gracias chicas porque nos habéis echo tener una estancia genial como en estos últimos 3 años.

hemos estado dos veces más, esta es la tercera. Vamos desde Barcelona y en teoría te guardan la maleta si tu habitación no está libre cuando llegas pero la nueva gerente nos hizo perder una reserva en un spa en Londres el día que llegamos de 390 euros porque era a las 2 y nos dijo que teníamos que estar en el hotel a las 3 si o si para dejar las maletas en la habitación, que no dejásemos nada de valor en la maleta porque no era su responsabilidad si se perdía algo porque ella no estaba para cuidar maletas. (Los años anteriores habíamos dejado las maletas y incluso la habían llevado a la habitación) mi hermana tenía otra habitación y al llegar ella sin preguntar pensó que teníamos la misma y nos dijo que no podíamos ir todos a la misma, no nos había dejado hablar mi hermana tenía una reserva en una habitación y mi marido y yo otra. Ella solo hablaba sin escuchar muy altiva. Después nos atendió ella en los desayunos y la atención fue normal. En la habitación no la limpiaban solo ponían la sábana encima de las almohadas,dejaré una foto para que podáis verlo. Es una pena porque si quitas esto lo demás es genial.

Highly recommend this lovely pub hotel.
Pros:

Visually appealing; lovely front patio and great back patio area with cubicles for seating. Very friendly, helpful staff and a delicious selection of breakfasts.

Zéér vriendelijke en (culinair) geweldige accommodatie
Pros:

Het ontbijt was geweldig, personeel zéér vriendelijk, de pub was heel gezellig en het eten heerlijk.

Cons:

De kamers waren een beetje klein voor een verblijf met een baby, maar we wisten wel toen we boekten dat ze niet super groot waren.

Great stay in striking Victorian pub with nice rooms
Pros:

Good breakfasts with some innovative items. Cooked to order. Spacious comfortable room with very big bed, excellent walk-in shower, tea and coffee facilities, big flat screen tv. Parking on site limited but if you can get it very convenient. Available, paid for, local street parking. Good bus service to both Kingston and Richmond. Staff excellent. Available and dealt with my booking error brilliantly.

Cons:

Minor problem was steep stairs to bedroom.
