A pub with a big heart and lots of style
Pros:

Top score for this fabulous pub.
Our rooms were comfortable (great linen) and had everything we needed.
Food was delicious. Great breakfast and yummy sourdough bread.
The team were fantastic- professional, attentive and sunny. Thank you!

I’m watching an amazing place in a fantastic location! We had a lovely stay, booked very last minute for a very reasonable prices. Those staff were very welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with lots of added comforts. The breakfast was amazing in the morning, especially the eggs! We didn’t know we were as we arrived in the dark in the daytime found that we were very lots of facilities and easy access to our onward journey

Nothing absolutely everything worked for us.

Such a great find. We are already planning our next trip!
Pros:

Loved the welcome, decor, atmosphere, friendly staff. Everyone was so accommodating and we got into our room way ahead of schedule. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the best we’ve had. Housekeeping staff were super friendly and a big shout out to Lara who looked after us each morning! Location is also great for train to Gatwick 😁

Séjour calme avec une chambre cosy et un personnel très attentionné.
Pros:

Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel était calme, la chambre propre et confortable. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Pros:

As soon as we entered the bar a smiling welcome! Choice of rooms offered and we made a good decision- spacious, clean, well set out and equipped. Generous fridge, quality refreshments, good folder of info. Right by a bus stop to get into town and a short walk down to the Thames the next day. We eat in tge evening: service was good but the menu,a bit average and sadly the soup was sent back - soup shouldn't pile on the spoon! However, it was quickly removed and refunded with apologies and grace so no harm done.

Onbetrouwbaar in de kamerprijs.

LET OP VOOR ALLE VOLGENDE GASTEN. Wij hebben geboekt in Engelse pond. De afrekening op de dag volgt uiteraard in euros. De volgende WAARSCHUWING: Webben ter plekke in Londen en Kingston meerdere andere bedragen betaald. Die werden ALLEMAAL tegen €1.14 per Engelse Pond in rekening gebracht. Dat is ook de koers. BIJ THE QUEEN'S HEAD werd er €1.19 per pond in rekening gebracht. Dit is zijn zachts gezegd niet netjes. Diverse malen navraag bij het lokale management gaf ons het inzicht dat dit door "het hoofdkantoor" wordt ingegeven. U BENT GEWAARSCHUWD EN VRAAG VOORAF DE EURO PRIJS AAN. Dus deze beoordeling slaat niet op het lokale management maar is een klacht naar diegene die verantwoordelijk is voor de afrekening.

Pros:

Very nice clean room. We stayed in a family room. No noise at night. Great location 10walk to train and kingston centre. Fantastic staff, our 7yr old daughter loved it also. Will visit again.
