perfect place to stay. everything was clean and the room was very cosy and nicely decorated. bathroom was amazing too, had everything we needed. the staff were very lovely and helpful, and the pub downstairs seemed very nice though we didn't get to spend time there. I'd 100% stay here again

Cons:

maybe some noise from traffic outside, pub downstairs, and other guests as noise carried easily. however it wasn't too bad and I couldn't hear it for long into the night

Very successful weekend family visit.
Pros:

Best thing about this pub is the amiability and helpfulness of all the staff. Room was spacious enough with a decent sized modern shower only bathroom. A big bonus for two people who happily live without baths! Breakfast was good with plenty of options and freshly cooked. Limited parking on site but I ‘booked’ ahead. Location good for central Kingston.

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind.

Cosy Hotel feel really friendly staff excellent range of room and drink
Pros:

The bar area was lovely...real cost intimate feel with good outside area.

Cons:

Traffic noise ( old propery hence original sash windows so doesn't cancel a lot of outside noise out) also my room was i think above the bar toilets so could hear the hand dryer a lot. Also both nights of my stay the fire alarm went off around the hotel which I was informed was due to the top floor rooms shower that had set it off. 2nd time it happened was during me being in bed.

Really comfortable stay!
Pros:

Brilliant place to stay, clean and comfortable with free parking and excellent breakfast, close to Richmond Park, 10/10. Thank you for your hospitality. Oh and they like dogs too!

Beautiful room and amenities
Pros:

Beautiful, well designed room. Extremely comfortable.
I didnt have breakfast but there is a small fridge in the room as well as a Nespresso machine with pods.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay again
