Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt direkt am Ozean
Pros:

Eine Perfekte Lage wenige Meter entfernt vom Ozean.
Großer Parkplatz, Sintra ist mit dem Bus gut erreichbar.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Bett sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Zimmer Service ziemlich schlecht organisiert.
Sanitäranlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig.
Hotellobby ist ab 16 Uhr abgesperrt. Da es im Zimmer auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt, muss man im Grunde so wenig Zeit wie möglich im Hotel verbringen.

Pros:

Em frente à praia das Maças, boa localização. Café da manhã ok. Estrutura simples mas tudo arrumado e bem limpo. Alertando quem tem problema de locomoção, não há elevador.

Cons:

Não há recepção, todo o check-in é online. Cometi um erro no cadastramento e não consegui obter a chave imediatamente mas o atendimento no whatsapp foi rápido e pronto.

Ok, but wouldnt book here again
Pros:

Location, free parking, breakfast was great and the girl taking care of the breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

No way to get luggage from parking lot to hotel with out climbing a fence. (See pic)
Our room was 211, which was on the 3rd floor, yup 3rd floor.... so we had to carry our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The soap by the sink and the soap in the shower didn't have tubes and three soap was down low enough it wouldn't reach.( See pics) I filled the one in the shower with the shower head so the pump would reach it. Soap by the bathroom sink never did use.Since they are locked to the wall and you can't move them.

Rooms are pretty small, no room at all to put luggage. Put one suitcase in the closet on a cabinet there, and the other on the floor where we had to step over itto put your luggage.

Perfect value for money and just the kind of vibe we were looking for
Pros:

Great location and good vibes. Right on the beach near a trendy bar and not too far from good restaurants and surf schools. Good breakfast. Nice hot bath.

Cramped room, good bed.

Cons:

Almost every single thing in this accommodation is wrong! Getting into the building needs you first check-in online, filling out forms and upload IDs and cards, there is no staff, the only way you can contact them is via enterance door bell, the room was not clean at all, lots of yellow marks in toilet, bathroom, the sheets were dirty and more. Do not book this place unless you have to.

Meer hostel dan hotel
Pros:

Ligging van het hotel direct aan het strand. Prima ontbijt. Personeel mag vriendelijker.

Cons:

We hadden gereserveerd voor twee kamers, maar kregen er eerst maar één. Na telefonisch contact met de helpdesk wel een tweede kamer gekregen, bleek een kamer te zijn met tussendeur naar andere kamer die ook in gebruik was (je hoorde de buren praten alsof ze bij je in de kamer waren). Het online inchecken is erg omslachtig. Al met al meer een hostel dan een hotel.

Einfache Lage in Strandnähe mit Licht und Schatten

Es gibt keinen Empfang, lediglich eine Kundenhotline. Der Check-In muss digital erfolgen. Leider war der Link zum Einchecken in der ersten Mitteilung des Hotels entgegen der Ankündigung nicht beigefügt. Als Voraussetzung für die Freigabe des Schlüsselkodes wird zusätzlich zu der Eingabe der persönlichen Daten, auch die Hinterlegung der kompletten Kreditkartendaten gefordert. Dies Verfahren ist von Mietautos bekannt, jedoch nicht, wenn bereits vorab alles über Booking bezahlt wurde. Mein Vorschlag an "Booking" wäre in solchen Fällen bereits einen entsprechenden Hinweis in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft aufzunehmen. Auch kein Rumesblatt für das Hotel war die Feststellung zu später Stunde, dass trotz Aufführung unter den Ausstattungsmerkmalen, kein Klopapier im Zimmer vorhanden war. Am nächsten Morgen konnte jedoch problemlos eine Rolle bei der netten Dame am Frühstücksbuffet abgeholt werden.

Check in impossibile da fare sul posto . 3 h per poter entrare dopo aver chiesto aiuto all’WOT Sintra a’. Errori di gestione nell’ invio e-mail con link per il check - in . I link sono rimossi e non si può fare assolutamente nulla per ricevere il codice per entrare nell‘hotel e poi in camera
Tutto il personale é stato licenziato .
Clientela scontenta che reclama tutti i giorni chiusi fuori , ma nessuno ci mette la faccia

Good value, great location, an exceptional vacation spot.
Pros:

A terrific location, right across the street from the beach and the crushing waves from the ocean. Clean room and healthy breakfast provided to start the day right.

Cons:

I could do without the bedé, however, I must be in the minority.

Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The check in was very problematic and we were left hanging around for about 3 hours.
The site never mentioned that you had to book breakfast, just said it eas available, also never mentioned that when you book it automatically then books for your entire stay.
The staff at breakfast are overwhelmed and therefore rude and for the price the breakfast is disappointing.
