Perfect service, fantastic view awesome gardens

静かで穏やかな時間が流れる、とても良いホテル。
毎夜テラスレストラン付近で大きな音量の音楽が流れている。私たちには不要な音楽だったので、今度はレストラン近くの部屋は取らないと思う。

We were upgraded to a lovely room that was recently renovated. Very beautiful, airy and quite modern. Had a jacuzzi on the patio overlooking the gardens and the beach. Rest of the hotel is fairly dated. Nice location though right on the watee

This resort was simply stunning and tranquil! We loved the 2 infinity pools and swimming in the ocean, as well as the sea views from our luxurious ocean view suite. The service was impeccable across the entire resort from bar/restaurant staff to cleaners and front desk. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful and there was a lot of choice for other meals, however, we had better dinners off the resort both in town and at the resort down the road, Alila. Both restaurants send drivers to pick you up and return you to your resort. Overall, we had an incredible time and would highly recommend this resort.

Very satisfied, felt like I was in heaven with that view! Staff were excellent. Only issue was lack of cutleries and some dirty cups. But otherwise awesome!

Die Villa war ein Traum, sichtgeschützt in einer grünen Anlage. Zum entspannen am eigenen Pool perfekt. Sehr sauber mit neuwertiger Einrichtung, der Pool war ebenfalls sauber. Das Frühstück im à la carte Restaurant war sehr lecker mit Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings befindet sich in der Nähe ein Öl-Depot und jeden Tag lag mind. ein Öltanker vor dem Strand.

Hochwertig gebaut, in den Villen absolute Ruhe, Frühstück sehr gut, Personal sehr nett

今までで一番のリゾート地でした。
海もプールも最高でした。
ブルーラグーンにシュノーケリングをするためにボートで行きました。
たくさんの魚がいました。
周辺はまだ開発されてなく何もないです。
でもホテル内、十分充実しているので問題なく過ごせます。
また泊まりたいです。

This Hotel is one of the best you will find in Candidasa and even in Bali. Everything is perfect. The 2 restaurants they provide are very good.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We got the luxury villa ocean view. Room was spacious and breakfast was wonderful. The beach was a little walk away. The pool in our room was excellent. Definitely would stay here again if I’ll be in Bali.

Excellent séjour dans le meilleur hôtel de la côte est de Bali. Situé à 1h30 de l'aéroport, loin de l'agitation des plages surpeuplées en été du sud de l'île. Idéal pour des vacances au calme en famille ou en couple. Plage magnifique de sable clair, eaux turquoises, snorkeling à 20 m. Chambres spacieuses ou villas avec piscine privée très confortables. Service rapide, souriant et professionnel. Toujours des transats de libres à la plage ou à la piscine vu le petit nombre de chambres (96). Excellente nourriture bien que un peu chère par rapport aux petits restos voisins (à noter le WARUNG LUPUTU situé à 50m de l'hôtel). Bon room service et bonne qualité Wifi.

We (husband and 11 yr daughter) stayed 4 nights in a private villa Aug 1 - Aug 5 2018. It was a mignificient experience! The villa looked exactly as in the photos (if not better). Great resort, two good restaurants (very good food to reasonable prices) and extermely nice and fiendly personel. Upon check in we had some minor issues. The lock to the main villa door was broken so we had to go by the terrance dorr. For this we got compensated by complementary balanese set dinner for all three of us as well as a bottle of sparkling. Extermely well handled by the hotel.
The hotel also helped out to arrange car and driver for excursions on the island. Also there is a diving / snorkling facility on the area. As well as spa and massage by the beach :)
We would definitively stay here again if we go to Bali again!

Wir (Paar) waren im Juli 2 Wochen in Bali in der Candi Beach Villa. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und schön aufgebaut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. In der Villa gibt es Mittags immer Kaffe / Tee und einen kleinen Snack.
Im Ressort gibt es 2 verschiedene Restaurants sowie regelmäßige verschiedene Themenabende.
Die am Strand gelegene Tauchschule ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen (gute Ausrüstung, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal).
Die Anlage ist eher für ruhe suchende Personen gedacht. Wer auf der Suche nach Party oder wilder Animation ist, ist hier falsch. Neben dem schönen Infinity-Pool verfügt auch jede Villa über einen eigenen Pool, der regelmäßig gesäubert wird.
Es werden auch vom Hotel aus verschiedene Ausflüge mit eigenen Fahrern angeboten. Diese sind auch offen für individuelle Touren und sind preislich auch mit anderen lokalen Anbietern vergleichbar.
Im Hotel selbst kann man auch Geld wechseln. Bei der Anreise kann man im Vorfeld auch mit dem Hotel den Transfer buchen, dann bleibt einem der überteuerte Taxi-Stand am Flughafen erspart.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotel was probably nice when it first launched. Sadly it does little in maintaining the condition of the place. The public swimming pools floors are green/brown when it should be blue. cracks in ceiling, army of ants on the indoor curtains behind the jacuzzi. We stayed at the villa. The floor was grimy. Attendants came into the room without taking off the shoes. The private pool's water is dirty with a lot of white flakes on the surface. cushions in the pavilions are dirty. The local food at the villa exclusive dining is mediocre. Western food was decent though. There is not much to say of the beach.. rather pathetic. During the night, we saw a huge gecko on the ceiling and had our room changed, no questions asked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
