Great experience.

Property owner decided to close chalet Skadi and relocate us to chalet Izia without notice and without our agreement.
Not the same location, no parking available.
Kitchen was not clean at our arrival. Communication was globally poor. For example, there was a fire alarm for which nothing was communicated

Great place and little to fault. Better pillows would be nice.

Super dejligt sted, god lejlighed i høj kvalitet. Perfekt til 3-4 personer. Lækker SPA. Ligger nemt for liften, man går 100 meter fra porten til stoppestedet og tager bussen 2 stop (3-4 min) personalet var lidt af blandet kvalitet

Très bon sejour passé en juillet à chalet Skadi. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la volonté de satisfaire les clients. L'appartement est top. Seul petit bemol concernant la literie trop dure pour nous et les oreillers trop épais. Sinon, tout était parfait! La piscine est très agréable. Le parking souterrain est très pratique.
Appartement calme avec vue sur le village et la montagne. L'emplacement est à 5min à pied du centre.
Nous recommandons!

The accommodation was superb. Everything was fantastic.

Lovely place, only downside is that you have to leave the kitchen all clean and empty the garbage bins yourself - a bit stressful when leaving early in the morning

Première expérience en appartement, habitués des hôtels, et nous avons adoré. Résidence située à 5 min à pied du centre et à 5 min en navette des remontées. Nous pouvons nous détendre et cuisiner sur place, les appartements sont très bien équipés et offrent une belle vue sur la montagne. Le spa à la décoration chaleureuse est calme et propose des soins de massage qui sont très reposants. Le personnel est souriant et disponible. Enfin, si vous avez envie de luxe et de confort c’est l'endroit parfait dans cette station magique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet établissement haut de gamme. Les appartements sont magnifiques, et l’accueil est parfait. Il manque juste un petit coin extérieur un peu mieux aménagé, accessible et ‘vivant’ pour profiter pleinement de l’établissement, surtout l’été. Mais une chose est sure, nous sommes prêts à revenir!

I think overal it exceeded our expectations, we found the staff on reception very informative and showed respect for there guests, The apartment was fabulous, both bedrooms had en-suites and the pool, sauna and steam room were very well equipped with infused hot water to drink and ice bucket for use after the sauna. We were very satisfied with Chalet Skadi

Great to find 5* self-catering accommodation in Val D’Isere. Lovely to spend time in the spa after a day on the slopes.
Lovely lounge space downstairs but it would be improved by adding a bar so you can enjoy a drink over a game of pool etc

Great place. Great location. Clean and comfy. Accessible for town. Bus stop out side. Good bar over the road. Apartments not too small. Large double bed.

Amazing stay, great staff, good location and excellent facilities in the apartment and the spa and pool were fab too!! Parking a good price and undercover which helped when it snowed!! The only thing I would say needs improvement are the bed sheets and towels which could both be softer. Will definitely be back next year!!

Lovely stay, brand new accomodation, lovely spa, great spacious modern apartment. Everything was perfect.

Would be nice if in future we are able to change temparature from the room. Would also be nice if there was a little welcome pack with very small amounts of basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags etc rather than having to buy everything in large packets - even if you charged an extra couple of euro for it.

We have just returned from a 4 day trip to Val D'Isere staying at Chalet Skadi. Everything about the accommodation far exceeded our expectations. On arrival heavy snow meant our car was stuck outside reception, and without hesitation the Manager and his staff heaved away. Skadi has its own excellent underground car park, that we were glad of. Check-in was painless, and the apartment itself extremely comfortable, with two en suite bedrooms, and a living room, inc. new kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher etc.). Everywhere was beautifully decorated. The pool we didn't sample, but looked great. Everything was really outstanding, but exceeding everything was the attitude, friendliness and helpfulness of the Manager and his staff, for whom nothing was a problem, and who made our stay a delight. Thank-you to them.

We loved the apartment, pool and all the little extras we received during our stay. The beds are v comfy and the staff at reception area and spa was also fab. The free bus service throughout the resort was excellent and pick up not fat from chalet which was also within walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely recommend and hope to return
