Beautiful beach location, but overpriced
Pros:

We stayed at Kirinda Beach Resort for 1 night during a trip in Sri Lanka. We were traveling from Ella to Tangalle and wanted to stay close to Yala National Park for a safari. This hotel was in a great location to do that. They helped us arrange a half day safari to and from the hotel that was fantastic. The hotel itself in located on a beach that is gorgeous with a bunch of huge boulders. We were able to find a safe place to swim and lay on the beach for a while. It's also a great beach for walking and exploring the beautiful landscape. Having said that, the room itself was very basic for the high price you pay. We stayed in one of the bungalows that was a bit cramped. Bathroom was very basic as well. The pool was also in pretty bad shape. The pictures make it look great, but when we got there it was very dirty and there was no chairs to sit on. We decided not to swim there. Since it's in a remote area we ate dinner at the hotel. Food was great, but service was very slow. It took almost two hours to cook our food. I would recommend this place for it's location on a very beautiful beach (not that they had any beach furniture or anything like that). However it seems to be very pricey for the basic/dated facilities.

Très bien placé pour le repos et le parc de Yala
Pros:

Très bel endroit. Excellent pour faire le safari au parc de Yalta. Éviter le sois disant poisson frais grille ou fruits de mer, c'est du congelé et très cher.
