The place initially is fabulous, but must have a better and stronger management

Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness is poor, the refrigerator has mold and is in a disgusting state, the walls are dusty, the balcony has broken tiles and peeling paint that no one has bothered to remove, the elevators are not clean, there is a sewage smell near the elevators.
