1- Property is not clean
2- Staff at reception are not polite
3- I got a different room from the one I booked. I have already raised a complaint to Booking. The staff including their duty manager are not cooperative. They promised to change the room but nothing happened!

الفندق للاسف كانت تجربه سيئه .. استلمت غرفه كانت النافذه على عماره سكنيه وكانت فيها عدم خصوصيه الانه الستاير متقطعه وساقطه وارسل عامل الحقائب يصلحها وكان غير متخصص في هذا الشي وحاول يصلحها وتكلمت مع الاستقبال وعطان غرفه ثانيه وكان فيها التماس كهرباء يشتغل ويطفى من نفسه واصوات كهرباء فخفت منها تحرق الغرفه والفندق
ولما تكلمت مع الاستقبال بتعويضي قال تدفع 40 دولار واسوي لك ترقيه ؟؟ بدلاً من تعويضي باللي صار يريدون مني دفع مبلغ اكثر عشان يتم تعويضي
لا انصح ابداً بالفندق اهربوا منه كان سيئ وكل شي سيئ فييه والفندق كئيب وغير مريح
الموقع والمرافق وعدم احترام العميل والضيف
