One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Jessica in housekeeping was awesome. She was like a ghost you came back and your room is pristine. Christy, and Gracie are the best servers ever. Skylar is perfect for the bar. Trinity was super welcoming when we checked in.
Eunice was fast friendly and understanding and presented herself well. Which is rare in her line of work blessed to have had her service.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and Erin at the front desk was always so happy to help us whether it was recommending places to eat/shop or just smiling whenever we walked into the lobby. Erin was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Honestly the best hotel bar I’ve been to in a while. Food is solid and vibe is good. Luis is the man.
The food was great and the drinks were fantastic! We met one of the nicest bartenders, and the biggest LA Doggers fan I have ever seen. He makes the best drinks. When you go in ask for LA, enjoy the food, the drinks, and tell him this is and Astros country.
Erin helped me check in and saved me probably multiple trips back down to the desk. She was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable right away. You don’t see too many places with service this good.

I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn regularly for work and make it a point to stop by the bar whenever I’m there. Luis is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve encountered during my travels.
What sets him apart is that he genuinely remembers his guests. Even though I only visit about once a month, Luis always remembers me, greets me warmly, and makes me feel welcome. His friendly personality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service consistently make my stays more enjoyable.
It’s rare to find someone who creates such a personal and welcoming experience, especially in a busy hotel environment. Luis is a true asset to the Hilton Garden Inn, and his professionalism and hospitality keep me looking forward to every visit.
