Ein stilvolles Alpenhotel mit hervorragender Gastronomie, sehr angenehmem Wellnessbereich und einer

Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet. Modern gestaltet und dennoch im authentischen Flair der Alpen gehalten. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl, es ist ruhig, sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre lädt zum Abschalten ein und schafft eine besondere Nähe und Entspannung.

Das Hallenbad sowie die Wellnesszone waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Angenehm warmes Wasser, gepflegte Anlagen und eine sehr stimmige Gesamtatmosphäre.

Das Nachtessen im Restaurant war herausragend. Kulinarisch auf hohem Niveau und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und willkommen.

Cons:

Der Zugang zur Sauna ist Kindern unter 16 Jahren nicht gestattet. Das ist zwar nachvollziehbar, allerdings wäre eine zeitlich begrenzte Nutzung oder eine kleine separate Familienlösung wünschenswert.

Decent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room, large skilockers and plenty of parking.

Cons:

Room smelled very strongly of smoke. After reported at reception housekeeping came to spray once but the smell came back after 10 minutes. For the price per night you expect better.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat uns gefallen, die Lage ist nahe bei den Skiliften und der Skibus direkt vor dem Hotel ist genial. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend auch in der Pizzeria und in der Taverna. Das Frühstück war fein und wir hatten einen Tisch im schönen alten Stübli. Toll! Das Schwimmbad mit den Massagedüsen haben wir sehr geschätzt!

Cons:

Der Duschkopf in unserem Zimmer hielt leider nicht auf verschiedenen Höhen, sondern nur ganz unten. Für Kinder gut, aber für Erwachsene mühsam. Im Schwimmbad hatte es lose Platten an den Wänden und leider konnte man weder im Wellness noch im Schwimmbad einen Blick in die Berge erhaschen. Vielleicht Bilder aufhängen?
Der Gang in unser Zimmer war sehr lang, aber für 2 Nächte kein Problem. Wir bemängeln nur kleine Dinge, insgesamt war der Aufenthalt super!

Good option for skiers, refurbished hotel with nice spa

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, Extra Wünsche wurden erfüllt, wie entkoffeinierte Kaffee oder Ei Zubereitung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Fahrradkeller zum unterstellen der Rennräder, inclusive Platzt zum säubern.

Cons:

Hatten leider keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel
Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal/Chef. Die Standart Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich und das Hallenbad sauber und schön. Alles in Allem win gutes Mittelklasse Hotel.

Cons:

Die von uns gebuchte Suite entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Wir konnten aber problemlos in eine tiefere Kategorie wechseln obwohl ausgebucht war, top. Leider gibt es Eltern die ihre Kinder auf den Gängen rum toben lassen, kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Hotels its gut sowie die Lage sehr passend. Ausserdem hatte man beim Frühstück eine sehr grosse und vielfältige Auswahl.

Cons:

Das einzige was ein bisschen unpraktisch war, war die Dusche/Badewanne in unserem Zimmer. Diese war undicht und das Wasser lief ins Badezimmer raus, zudem wurde sie gegen vorne hin schmaler und man konnte sich kaum bewegen.

Das wir es gerade so getroffen haben, dass das Restaurant 2 Ruhetage hatte .
