Wir waren überrascht über die Ausstattung (Zimmer/Spa). Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles

Das Zimmer modern und stimmig. Genug Kästen und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Bad/Dusche funktionell. Spa klein aber fein - die grösste Überraschung- alles da, was wir brauchten (div. Saunen, Ruhezone, Pool mit Massagedüsen).

Cons:

Foyer ist beliebig möbliert, sieht etwas müffelig aus, passt nicht zum Rest.

Es gibt keine Zimmer, in welchem Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind, was für Allergiker nicht geht.

Mit der Zimmer Renovierung hätte man auch das Badezimmer mit erneuern können ;-)

Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet. Modern gestaltet und dennoch im authentischen Flair der Alpen gehalten. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl, es ist ruhig, sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre lädt zum Abschalten ein und schafft eine besondere Nähe und Entspannung.

Das Hallenbad sowie die Wellnesszone waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Angenehm warmes Wasser, gepflegte Anlagen und eine sehr stimmige Gesamtatmosphäre.

Das Nachtessen im Restaurant war herausragend. Kulinarisch auf hohem Niveau und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und willkommen.

Cons:

Der Zugang zur Sauna ist Kindern unter 16 Jahren nicht gestattet. Das ist zwar nachvollziehbar, allerdings wäre eine zeitlich begrenzte Nutzung oder eine kleine separate Familienlösung wünschenswert.
