Kurzer und toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die LAGE des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Es hat gleich vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm. Sehr bequeme Betten. Den Wellnessbereich können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir den ganzen Tag auf den Ski waren.

Fijn wintersport hotel met mooie wellness.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is prima, recht tegenover de bushalte en bij de sportbus die je langs alle skiliften van Lenzerheide/ Valbella brengt. Hotel heeft eigen gratis parkeerplaats.
De kamer die wij hadden was modern en netjes , zij het iets aan de kleine kant. Met balkon, maar zonder uitzicht aangezien een ander gebouw er op 3 meter afstand voor staat. Het wellness gedeelte is perfect, schoon en veelzijdig. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

Zoals helaas alles in Zwitserland, zijn de prijzen buitensporig hoog vanuit buitenlands perspectief, vooral van het eten en drinken.
Op een avond hadden wij erg veel overlast van enkele Zwitserse (!?) gasten een paar kamers verderop, die in de avond voortdurend aan het schreeuwen waren op de gang en op de deuren aan het bonzen waren. Nadat wij hadden gevraagd of ze iets stiller konden doen, werd er later door hun op onze kamerdeur gebeukt.
Ik heb hierover de volgende dag een klacht ingediend bij de receptie, maar daar werd niets mee gedaan door de dame .
