Excelente hotel custo-benefício.
Pros:

Localização do hotel e presteza dos funcionários, tanto da recepção quanto da limpeza dos quartos. Vale a pena ressaltar tb a qualidade do café da manhã ☺️☺️

O que o hotel oferece em termos de organização e serviços pelo valor das diárias é um diferencial. O preço é justo.

Cons:

O quarto em que fiquei ( 420 ) tinha um ar condicionado que fazia barulho acima do normal e isso causou um pouco de incômodo.

Da recepção, piscina e ofurô. Chuveiro do apartamento.

Cons:

O colchão das camas é péssimo.
O tratamento acústico muito ruim. As pessoas conversando no apartamento vizinho parecem estar no teu apartamento.

Muy mala experiencia en este Hotel.

mo me aloje; un pesima experiencia el hotel.

El hotel no tiene Wifi en las habitaciones; el telefono interno no funcionaba; el aire acondicionado no funcionadaba; nos quisieron cambiar de habitacion pero estaba mas arriba unicamente por escalera ya que el ascensor estaba roto; un señor de la recepcion trato de hacer lo posible para solucionar todo pero no pudo; una Srta Debora de la recepcion muy desatenta y como que nada le importaba; por ultimo pedi que me devolvieran el dinero que habia pagado ahi en el hotel y me contestaron que debia pedirsela a Booking; la verdad una tremenda locura; luego de insistir, tuvimos que armar todos los bolsos y nos asignaron otro hotel de la firma pero que estaba mucho mas lejos (yo pague un hotel en el centro de gramado) y nos mandaron a Canela, muy distante del que yo pague; la verdad una pesima experiencia en ese hotel.
