Sabonete e shampoo
Pros:

Localização e os funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

Telefone do quarto para ligar a recepção não funcionava. Não tinha sabonete nem shampoo e quando fizeram a reposição o shampoo não funcionou.

Dos travesseiros so tinha 2 e era bem desconfortaveis e a cortina era pequena para a janela, nao ficava toda coberta como black-out

Se um dia eu voltar a Gramado ficarei neste mesmo hotel.
Pros:

A limpeza do quarto e o hotel em si são muito bons ; mas no banheiro faltou ganchos para por toalhas e roupas !😞

Cons:

De ter que pagar o estacionamento para por o carro dentro do hotel! Se já estamos pagando a diária do quarto deveria ser incluso para por o carro junto e Não cobrar a mais só para guarda o carro na vaga 🥺
