Conforto, localização, limpeza, funcionários, tudo impecável! Eu e minha família nos sentimos muito bem, certamente volt

Quarto muito aconchegante, café da manhã incrível, localização ótima!! Funcionários educadíssimos! O serviço de manobristas foi maravilhoso pois eu fui com nenê, então me ajudou muito!
Adorei o restaurante q funciona à noite. É uma opção para curtir a noite sem precisar sair do hotel.

Cons:

A única coisa é q deixei a plaquinha para arrumarem o quarto quando saí de manhã. E quando retornei meio dia não haviam arrumado. Mas acredito q o horário para elas arrumarem é meio dia.

Pros:

Se não fosse a péssima localização do quarto em que fomos alocados teria gostado de absolutamente tudo.

Cons:

Fomos alocados num apartamento de frente para a rua e o barulho e luz intensos, dentro do quarto, não nos permitiram dormir.

Cons:

O apartamento precisa de reforma. Inicialmente me colocaram em um apartamento cuja porta do banheiro não fechava. Após eu reclamar, enquanto fui ao centro de Gramado, realizaram a troca e me acomodaram em outro apartamento.

A pouca variedade no café da manhã conforme os dias iam passando. Repetição no cardápio. Também não gostei do fato de ser preciso reservar a piscina.
