Great trip and the location worked for all the places we wanted to visit.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and well presented.

Coffee machine was a bit tricky.

We had breakfast on one morning, coffee and pastries and it was excellent.

The people who work at the hotel are a credit to the company.

Cons:

No complaints at all and will stay more often.

Pros:

Our original room had inadequate closet space. The next day we moved to a room we had liked on a prior visit. We have stayed at the Franklin numerous times. They continually earn our loyalty.

Cons:

Common areas could stand some refreshing. Rooms are dark. Lighting should be improved.
