Great trip and the location worked for all the places we wanted to visit.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and well presented.

Coffee machine was a bit tricky.

We had breakfast on one morning, coffee and pastries and it was excellent.

The people who work at the hotel are a credit to the company.

Cons:

No complaints at all and will stay more often.

Pros:

Our original room had inadequate closet space. The next day we moved to a room we had liked on a prior visit. We have stayed at the Franklin numerous times. They continually earn our loyalty.

Cons:

Common areas could stand some refreshing. Rooms are dark. Lighting should be improved.

Highly recommend to others.
Pros:

A Lovely Hotel. Staff from arrival to leaving were 1st class and very polite and helpful. The only downside for me was the subdued lighing in the room. Not too easy to do your make-up in, but the bathroom did have brighter lighting. The bed & bedding were the best I have ever slept in away from my own home. Cleran crisp white bedding with feather & down pillows which you just fell into and had a perfect nights sleep.
