The place was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the Arenal volcano.

The owner, Karen, is the sweetest host! She really treated us like family and gave us great local advice. A lot of hotels in this area only recommend tours where they get a big commission but Karen gave us lots of local advice to fit our budget and wishes, and booked everything for us. Great breakfast and nice rooms for the value. They also have red-eyed tree frogs on the property!! 🐸

We were in a rush and did not do enough research. When we saw the property, we were shocked but it was too late and had no choice. It looks like a barn and stables. The property is muddy and dirty. We paid $74, this is property is not worth more than $10 per day

This place was a gem for us. We didn’t want to be in the center of town and since we planned on spending our time out exploring rather than at the hotel we didn’t need anything fancy with a bunch of amenities. This place was quiet and had amazing views that didn’t disappoint. The cabins are basic accommodations but clean. It is family owned and we felt so welcomed. They were so friendly, accommodating with anything we needed, and helped us find what we needed in town as well as booking excursions. Highly recommend!

La dame qui s'occupe des cabinas est VRAIMENT gentille et serviable. Belle chambre au pied du volcan Arenal. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Site tranquille. Bien situé pour les hot springs et les restaurants et activités.

El problema es que el precio no reflejaba el hotel, muy caro por las condiciones generales del sitio

We were there for two nights in the course of a 5 week trip around Costa Rica. Amazing location! Arenal is right outside your door. Nothing between you and the volcano but a grassy pasture with cows and goats. The room was very nice. bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. A gem of a small rural hotel in Costa Rica. The owner was a very nice lady who gave us wonderful tips on where to go. We booked several attractions through her. Highly recommended.

The room had an amazing view and the owners are very friendly. There is no breakfast or food though so you have to figure that out elsewhere. It is perfectly located between La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano National Park.
