It appears a “gran casa” in fotos but a bare and neglected house in reality!
Pros:

The concert we were attending was held there so it was convenient.

Cons:

I am not one to complain but this establishment was grossly misrepresented in booking.com’s fotos. Sparsely furnished, no courtyard dining area with tables/table cloths as pictured. Rather a few tables in the dingy bar. Bar looked more like an unkempt cantina. Floors in the rooms were dirty. Dried toothpaste on the wall behind the bathroom sink. My friend wasn’t sure if the sheets in her room had been washed. Holes in the upholstery. The pool water was green. Unwelcoming reception area. Problem accessing the hotel at 11:00pm. We were told we’d need a code after midnight but knowing we wouldn’t be out that late said it wasn’t necessary. Fortunately an employee was leaving as we arrived and helped us gain entrance.

La cama es comoda, sin embargo sus instalaciones les falta mantenimiento tomando en consideración la relacion precio-instalaciones, la TV falla en su internet, pues es muy debil la señal, el tapete de mi habitación se nota que requiere una lavada NO aspirada o barrida, te dejan una cafetera, sin café y sin agua.
Era una reservación para 2 personas y solo dejaron 1 jabon diminuto y una bolsita de shampoo.
Creo que son detalles que pudieran corregirse.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, una casa antigua acondicionada, la cantina tiene una barra muy padre, los cuartos son amplios, buena señal de internet, decoración acorde al lugar.

Cons:

El estacionamiento, lo dilatado en obtener factura (no la he recibido), carencia de servicio a cuartos o servicios agregados, realmente es un hotel para dormir, apreciarlo y bueno hacer uso de su bar, fuera de ello tu progracion de alimentos en escencia tiene que ser fuera del hotel que a su vez por seguridad y ubicacion hacer algo despues de las 10 de la noche solo complicara tu acceso al hotel.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida con un hotel

NADA!!! Pagamos el hospedaje pero nunca pudimos entrar

Cons:

Literal... nos dejaron en la calle!!! Perdimos la reservacion por un error de ellos. Nos dijeron que la recepción estaría cerrada después de las 10pm pero que nos mandarían un código de acceso para entrar por una puerta lateral. Nunca nos mamdaron el código!!!! cuando los contacte para pedírselos dejaron de responder... a la 2 am tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento. Y ahora no se hacen responsables de su error y me están dando largas con el reembolso que estoy solicitando.

Mandaron instrucciones para el checking que no respetaron y ahora quieren decir que fue mi culpa... parece que esperan que uno adivine sus procedimientos, si sigues sus instruccuones terminas en la calle sin hospedaje en la madrugada

El personal era bastante amable y mantenian el lugar limpio.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no eran lo que aparentaban en las fotografías; el lugar era bastante oscuro puesto que la iluminación no era buena. El lugar en general era viejo y descuidado, la habitación me pareció pequeña para tratarse de una suite; lo peor era la gran cantidad de mosquitos había en la habitación, parecía salían de algun lugar lo que fue bastante incómodo durante la noche.

A great option to view the candlelight concert.
Pros:

If you are booking this hotel for the Candlelight experience it is the best option. We did not have to stand in the line to get in as we had a room key. We were able to watch the performance from the balcony just outside our room. It was perfect.

Cons:

The restaurant and bar was closed. This was unexpected and not reported at the time of booking.
