Pros:

This hotel is the best in Santiago; it’s in a great location, the rooms are beautiful and very modern, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the restaurant with the terrace serves delicious food.

A great luxury hotel in downtown Santiago
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. And quite high quality food too (and we didn't even try the Michelin restaurant!).

Cons:

They could use a little better training for the staff and extend concierge service hours. We got mixed info about the two restaurants, and no tourist help.

Pros:

Modernes Design in einem alten Gebäude

Cons:

Nachttisch hat gewackelt, sollte justiert werden, Toilettenspülung tropft ständig, wahrscheinlich ist der Schwimmer defekt!
