Pros:

The location, breakfast and the terrace restaurant.

Cons:

Too small and crowded. Poor lighting throughout, particularly the bedroom. Lack of enough space to store or hanging clothes. No luggage racks. No adequate hangers for towels. No facial tissues were available. To get extra water, the reception staff insisted that we have to ring, although she was with us in the room on check in. They have no trolley to transfer our luggage and we had to pull them.

We booked half board, but the menu offered is very limited and did not change on daily basis.

As seniors, we expected more help and assistance. On check out, which was at 6 am, the receptionist was unhappy to be called to assist us with the luggage. When we called him, he was very frustrated claiming that he was the only staff. This is despite the fact that I told the night before that we will need help.

Beautiful, Well Located Boutique Hotel Stay in Santiago, Chile

Breakfast selection excellent. Service was limited. Room was large and well furnished. Location was perfect. Walk to Plaza de Armas, local restaurants and shops. Half block from Santa Lucia Park. Reception services excellent. Gorgeous interior design. Wine gratis in library. Roof terrace restaurant and bar beautiful and cool even in high temperatures. Breakfast including custom preparations excellent.

Cons:

No English speaking news channels available on TV. Staff could not remedy this. No table service in the breakfast room. Scatter rug in the room had no backing, was slippery and could cause an accident. No tissues provided. The lighting around the mirror over the sink did not work and the wall mounted mirror was much too high for anyone under 6 ft tall.

Very beautiful hotel but not
Pros:

Hotel looks amazing. Interiors are stunning and outside the facade is very attractive. Rooms really spacious and stylish . Super comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Staff at the counter able to speak good English.

Cons:

Very noisy room even with ear plugs supplied. We asked for a quiet one. Ended up at level 2 on main road. Porter not professional with tips issues. Area not super safe after dusk and nothing interesting near by. Expensive overall for the experience but the hotel is beautiful
