Pros:

Staff was very kind and gave us good informations.
It was nice Loco welcome Drinks.
When I needs Amenities, I can pick up anytime at lobby.
Location was excellent. Very close from all of the places.
Hotel is offering for bicycle but all of the places are walking distance.

Pros:

welcomeドリンクにお酒がありました
ご当地の日本酒を頂きました
美味しかったのでお土産のひとつとなりました
お魚市場まで徒歩で行ける距離でした
街中にあるので飲食店の心配はありません

Cons:

朝食美味しく頂きましたが、普通のお味噌汁がありません。(豆乳ベースの豚汁でした)インスタントでもよいのでみそ汁も置いてほしいです

値段以上のお得感がある。
Pros:

スタッフの対応、アメニティ、朝食、ウェルカムドリンクなど充実感ありました。また清水に来た時は利用したいと思います。

Cons:

駐車場がちょっと狭いかな…ちょっと大きな車だと出入りがギリギリです。

やはり、清水での充実した一泊!!
Pros:

昨年から数えて、年間10泊以上お世話になっています。周辺の宿泊施設に比べて、料金が格安で便利、しかも内容がとても充実・使いやすい施設です。廊下も幅広く清潔です。朝の出発時のスタッフの挨拶が快く仕事に向かう気持ちを起こさせてくださいます。

特に、問題点や不満等はございません。

値段以上の満足度があり、コスパがよい。
Pros:

ベッドが広く、乳児連れでもベッドガードなくても安心しできる広さでした。
また、清掃が行き届いて綺麗でした。
ウェルカムドリンクにお酒が置いてあるのに感激しました。アメニティも豊富で嬉しかったです。
ご飯もとっても美味しかったです！

Cons:

501号室という喫煙所の隣の部屋でした。
空気清浄機をつけてもタバコ臭く、乳児連れなのもありかなり気になりました。
朝食後、夜の就寝時などタバコを吸われる方が多い時間は特に臭く、とても気になりました。
