Will stay at the same hotel again.
Pros:

For the price we paid, it is really value for money. Hotel is located near train station, free parking, breakfast is included and they also offer welcome drink. We saw people just keep on drinking the alcohol. The room size is also comfortable for 2 medium-sized luggage.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel, friendly staff that also speaks English well. We also liked the drink corner in the lobby.
The room was quite big for Japan and we could not hear any noise which was great.
Breakfast was okay but not noticeably good.

Cons:

It was difficult to maintain a good climate in the room when the air conditioner was not running.

Just for information: Parking should be reserved in advance and costs 1000Yen per night.

Pros:

시미즈역 바로 근처에 있어 접근성이 좋고 생각보다 좋은 시설이 맘에 들었습니다. 수건이나 어메니티를 직접 필요할 때 가져다 쓸 수 있으며 대욕장에서 가족이 목욕하기 좋습니다.

房間非常大，還有兩台電視，餐廳桌，浴室也很大可以泡澡。離車站商店街很近，有很多吃的。

停車需要額外付費。
頂樓房在宴會廳旁邊，隔音普通。
