Pros:

The beds, breakfast and the options on the rooftop.

Cons:

The food on the rooftop and the service in the resturant.
They forgot us, gave us the wrong things 3 times and charged us double for our food...
Overall a good experience beside of that one resturant. If it was only that i would give it 1 star. Really not profession in their work.

Standard room at Ibis Styles
Pros:

Convenient location in Westlands for reaching the office I was visiting. Good security at the gate, very helpful security staff,very helpful hotel staff.
The hotel lobby is great for waiting for your lift or Uber, selection of food available all day if you are meeting others in the hotel.
Buffet breakfast has a great selection,staff are very helpful and welcoming, and the reception staff are always willing to help. There are hotel drivers available if required,more costly than an Uber,I used their car once and the service was great.
Overall this is a nice hotel, with helpful staff.

Cons:

I booked a standard room for the first part of my stay. It was perfectly fine and as described, the only niggle was the AC unit was a bit noisy and was a little older than other hotels I have stayed in. The plug in the basin did not seal so I found the water disappeared while I shaved, a small issue I could work around.

Superior room at Ibis Styles
Pros:

I booked a superior room for the second part of my stay in Nairobi.The room was on the 9th floor,nice views,good size room,modern AC unit,storage was fine for me a single traveller.
Bed was very comfortable, housekeeping staff kept room very clean.
The staff were exceptionally helpful on my return from my motorbike safari,I unfortunately broke my collar bone while riding, I was helped at all times by the staff who could not have been more helpful, helping me at breakfast,in booking the hotel taxi, they collected my cases from the room when I checked out. The security staff welcomed me back in the evenings and helped me through the checks.
I like the breakfast choice,good choice of cereal,fruit,seeds,yoghurt and juices. I ate at the hotel a couple of evenings, a good vegetarian choice with helpful staff.
I will definitely return to this hotel I'm sure there are more luxurious hotels in Nairobi but Ibis Styles staff really topped out on the service to help me with everything after my accident.

Cons:

I liked everything about the superior room and this hotel. The only thing I could identify as not liking might be that someone,maybe staff appears to start work on the 10th floor at 5 am and moves tables or chairs around. I woke up early anyway so it didn't bother me,it was more like an awareness that noise travels,it may have been another guest but it was always 5 am which might raise questions from other guests. This didn't spoil my stay as I was waking up early each morning.

Pros:

Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed and sheets. After camping across Africa this hotel and staff was just what I was looking for, quiet and a place to relax and get some rest. Nice cafe and rooftop restaurant as well.

Cons:

You have to go through security every time you enter which seemed excessive as the neighborhood seemed really safe but I security was super friendly so no big deal!

Pros:

Umístění hotelu bylo na dobrém místě, v bezpečné oblasti. Ostraha zajišťovala bezpečný vstup do hotelu. Snídaně byly bohaté s výběrem jídla.

Cons:

Velikost pokojů byla nedostatečná, sice se to dalo přežít ale nebylo to komfortní.

The honesty of the staff. I left my wallet and documents when i left in the safe and was contacted immediately and everything was accounted for including cash. Amazing characters the staff have.

Feels like a dorm room rather than hotel room.
