Ibis Styles otel deneyimim maalesef tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı.
Öncelikle odalarda buzdolabı yok; bir otel odası için bu olmazsa olmaz bir durumdur. Ütü ise ortak kullanılıyor ve koridorun ta en sonuna konmuş. Elbiselerinizi elinize alıp ütü yapmaya oraya kadar yürümek durumunda kalıyorsunuz; bu gerçekten hem çok komik hem de çok kötü bir sistem.
Yine odalarda kesinlikle bulunması gereken diş macunu, diş fırçası ve terlik gibi en temel ihtiyaçların hiçbiri yoktu. Sanırım otelin adındaki "Style" kelimesinden ilham alarak koca bir odayı bölüp iki oda yapmışlar; odalar inanılmaz küçük. Odadaki sandalye bildiğiniz demir sandalye. Tekli koltuk falan zaten yok, isteseler de koyamazlar çünkü koyacak yer yok.
Tüm bunların üstüne hem geç check-in hem de erken check-out durumum oldu, bu konularda da en ufak bir esneklik gösterip hiçbir şey yapmadılar.
Özetle; çalışanların güler yüzlü olması dışında otelde iyi olan hiçbir şey yoktu. Kesinlikle iyi bir otel değildi.

My visit was short but filled with joy at IBIS Styles. The staff were supportive and loving.
Pros:

The room is clean and neat, satisfactory. The kitchen staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a buffet style breakfast, and it meets the standard. I enjoyed staying in the room, it's a good experience.

The beds, breakfast and the options on the rooftop.

Cons:

The food on the rooftop and the service in the resturant.
They forgot us, gave us the wrong things 3 times and charged us double for our food...
Overall a good experience beside of that one resturant. If it was only that i would give it 1 star. Really not profession in their work.
