My stay at IBIS hotel was perfect and I like the fact that the hotel is in a convenient area.
Pros:

The rooms are pretty clean and there is room services everyday. Cleaners have good manners and present themselves with respect all the time. I have to acknowledge and appreciate two staff members Grace and Fred, they do exceptional job at the restaurant. Welcoming guest and doing great services.

Cons:

The aircon is not cold enough especially for people visiting from overseas, People that are used to cold weather. The is remote control for the aircon however, temperatures does not change at all as it reads 24 degrees all the time. If the management could work on this, IBIS people would enjoy their sleep at night.

The air conditioning in the room was terrible. Warm and could.not sleep. I needed a cooler room. I reported it to the front desk. The temp was still at 23 degrees

Welcoming hotel in a great location
Pros:

We were able to check in at 5am (by paying a fee) after a long trip, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and the location is perfect for visiting the city.

Ibis is one of the best budget staycation spots in Nairobi.
Pros:

Pros:
