Cons:

We have stayed before and we loved the variety of the menu of the downstairs restaurant and with that closed we were disappointed. Like wise the outdoor roof top area was a great loss. The menu in the current restaurant upstairs is nothing to write home about

Out dated. Don’t recommend staying here
Pros:

I liked the rooftop restaurant, good food and drink options

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. Not much value for money. The in room entertainment options are limited. They don’t even have smart tvs. Limited channel options with really boring channels. It’s like I just stepped into 1996 .

Friendly staff, but misleading room photos and very cramped rooms make it poor value for money.
Cons:

The room photos on Booking.com are very misleading and make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. The standard room was extremely small, and even after being upgraded to a family room, the space still felt very cramped. The hotel does not offer good value for the price paid. At this price point, I expected larger rooms and better services, including luggage assistance. Travelers can find much better accommodation for a similar price by paying only a little extra elsewhere. The hotel should use more realistic photos so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

On the day I checked in l was given a different room from what I had booked and fully paid for online before my arrival and I got no apology from management despite my complaint .

Pros:

Great location in Nairobi. Security on the front gates.
Unfortunately we had a bad first night as the window, we realized in the morning, did not shut properly.
The next day they moved us to a new room, thank you.

The casheir hospitality was zero even their body language, there was not enough facility inside the room, once I arrived I had to take my luggage all the way my room omg that was so unkind and poor management.
