Pros:

Établissement bien situé à Westland. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et professionnel. Petit déjeuner très correct et chambre confortable même si un peu petite

Cons:

Difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude le soir. Douche à peine tiède !

Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner et emplacement. Personnel agréable et souriant.

Cons:

La chambre 507 est bruyante car elle donne sur la rue et les fenetres ne sont pas insonorisées. La ventilation de la sdb ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de régler la climatisation. Les piles du safe n'étaient pas changées donc pas possible de fermer la porte.

Unpleasant in the end.
Pros:

The facilities and the hotel services were okay. Nothing to complain about.

Cons:

I had a standard double room, which ideally should house 2 occupants. I had a friend visit and stayed for less than an hour. She was classified as an occupant, and then an extra charge was applied to my charge. This is cheating, in my opinion. Staff were so unhelpful in this regard as well. Not going back.

Rooms very low value for money everything else good or great.
Pros:

Excellent staff, great lobby and breakfast area, great rooftop bar.

Cons:

When it comes to the rooms, it’s your regular 3-star budget friendly European Ibis - tiny rooms/bathrooms that remind you of an RV or bedroom on a ferry, noisy-ish, average internet - only that this location charges 4-star non-budget friendly, regular hotel room prices.
