Pros:

The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are generally polite. I especially appreciated the complimentary drinking water available in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was convenient, and overall the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

For the price, I expected a much better experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable during the first few days of my stay, and there was no reliable hot water for about 24 hours. Although I was told the issue could have been fixed if I had reported it earlier, the hot water had briefly returned during the outage, so it appeared the problem had already been resolved.

Management is very strict about guest policies. The extra charge for an additional guest is high and does not include breakfast or any additional amenities, making it feel poor value.

Housekeeping was also slower than expected.

Overall, the hotel is expensive, but the service and reliability did not match the price.
