Cons:

Great location but housekeeping could be much better. Room is very spacious with lots of storage space. I particularly didn't like the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty.

Horror in Congress.
Pros:

I don't think it exists. While embarking the plane, my booking was cancelled. Having confirmed my booking, I was later informed that there was an accident at the Congress Hotel. I was not given any option, and neither was I referred to another hotel. My experience was horrible..

Everything about the Congress Hotel is bad.

Nice place to stay near city, clean and friendly, helpful staff.

I love the place
Pros:

The hotel called me a week before my check in assuring me of their assistance. In the morning of my departure from the airport, the hotel driver sent me details of how to reach him on arrival. Very friendly staff. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to friends.

Pros:

Horrible experience. First they said they could not find my booking, I had to show my proof, then they said they have electricity and plumbing problems and so cannot accomodate me. I explained i had urgent meetings but all ignored. I asked for wifi to book another hotel but receptionist says she does not have the passcode and i have to wait for her colleague. Colleague comes and after seeking approval from another lady (maybe a supervior), he hands me a paper with password which was right beside the receptionist. Sincerely shocked at such standard of service. Thoroughly awful
