Great for cultivating mold cultures
Exceeded WORST expectations. Window was unable to close (facing back alley), changed room but no soap at all (get from reception), non-smoking is a LIE. People smoke everywhere, the smell is everwhere, they management just mask it with air fresheners.
The room (2nd) looked uncleaned for months, there were dust, rust and bugs everywhere. We tried to suck it up and sleep since it was 2am after resolving all issues, everyone woke up with respiratory issues (dry throat, red eyes, congestion etc) which after closer inspection we realised the aircon had MOLD + dust. The room was literally poisoning us alive. Booked 3 nights, 2nd night had to made do without aircon and the fact we felt better further proved our hypothesis. Only the LAST NIGHT, oh they can "upgrade" us because we flooded booking.com and the hotel with requests (emails and chats) for re-allocation elsewhere or refund.
Managment went from igoring us to making a desperate, last-minute effort by providing us a somewhat normal room (that had no hot water even after their "5min rule") which we stayed for less than 24h. Honestly, we shouldve just stayed home.
1 star goes out to the receptionists for trying to assist.
Nice location
1. No hot water for shower.
2. Flexible pipe connecting to shower head was leaking badly. So the shower water was very weak (or rather no shower!) with most of the water flowing out of the leak & down the flexible pipe.
3. Hand-held bidet head was missing. Reception informed that's the way it is. Cannot accept such explaination as this is a hotel and not public toilets where most of the bidet heads are missing due to theft.
