Lage, Zimmerausstattung

Cons:

Rezeption war oft nicht besetzt oder niemand erreichbar.
Der Anruf am Abreisetag eine halbe Std. vor der Auscheckzeit den Checkout nicht zu vergessen, da die Rezepzion um 11 Uhr schliesst, war etwas aufdringlich.

Die Lage direkt am Wiehlpark ist Top.

Es gibt kein Restaurant und keine Bar mehr; scheint es auch wohl nie mehr zu geben. Insofern sind auch die Fotos irreführend. Auf Nachfrage, wo man noch etwas zu essen bekommt kommt die lapidare Antwort "im Ort". Also genau das, wonach man als Geschäftsreisender sucht....

Im Aufenthaltsbereich der Rezetion steht ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken, die (gegen Gebühr) verzehrt werden sollen können. Nur, der Kühlschrank war leer. Auch hier nur die Antwort, ja, der müsste erst gereinigt werden, bevor er wieder aufgefüllt wird. Heisst kurz: Keine Getränke im Hotel.

Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist etwas karg. Kein Fisch, kein Rührei, kein O-Saft. Filterkaffe nur mit Aufwand.

Da die Rezeption nur zeitweise besetzt ist, wurde mit telefonisch am Vormittag ein Tesorcode mitgeteilt. Grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber was man mir nicht mitgeteilt hat ist, dass der TV-Empfang ausgefallen ist.

Das Haus ist mir von früheren Aufenthalten eigentlich bekannt. Das ist kein Vergleich mehr. Schade, einen solchen "Abstieg" mit ansehen zu müssen.

Leider bei Problemen niemand erreichbar

Die Zimmer waren schön und das Buffet war sehr gut!

Leider war niemand zu erreichen, als sich meine Cousine aus ihrem Zimmer ausgeschlossen hat. Ja es war ihre eigene Schuld, nur leider gab es weder eine Person im Hotel anzusprechen noch eine Notfall- Nummer oder irgendeine andere Möglichkeit jemanden zu erreichen. Die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse hat auch niemand mehr beantwortet. Das ihr das passiert ist, ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels an sich aber schade, wenn man bei Problemen wirklich niemanden erreichen kann. Da auch meine Tante und jüngere Cousine untergebracht war, konnten sie dann zu dritt in einem Zimmer schlafen. Meine Großeltern waren sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Aufenthalt.
