it is too expensive to book a ride from the airport to the hotel through them because it costs 4 times the the prevailing rate.

We truly appreciate everything you have done to make our entire stay so wonderful.thank you sir Andrew and his staff. What a fantastic daily breakfast treated us very well thanks to Lester, GAb,Prince and rest of the team, housekeeping personnel keeping our room fresh and clean .our 3days stay end up staying for weeks…hotel near the mall…highly recommended. Will come back

It was an amazing stay.I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.Thank you Joel for taking care of my son and to the lady manager which I forgot to ask her name.To all the staff of Winford Sta.Cruz.I would definitely go back there.

I love to keep coming at Windford.My family’s and I feels always the warm and friendly atmosphere.
Staffs were very honest, attentive and displays an above and way beyond excellent customer service.

Kudos to all staffs! security guards, parking assistance, housekeeping, concierge/bell boys.

the staff are friendly and courteous. breakfast buffet is good. unfortunately, elevators are always busy since you only have 2. but overall, our stay is pleasant. we will come back again. :)

I like the services of the staff.
Hotel has short breakfast hour, I wish hotel could extend it a little bit more.
Dining is very limited inside the hotel, limited hours.
I do not like the smell of cigarettes smoke at hotel lobby.
Hotel environment is kind of skeptical especially at night.
