Pros:

I had a great stay here, everything was clean and close to transportation options to see Tbilisi. I will stay here again if my travels take me to the Georgian capital.

We arrived at 4:45pm and reception told us the room wasn’t ready . We had a tour at 5:30pm and wanted to be able to shower and change. Staff told us it will take 20 before the room can be ready when it should have been ready at 3pm. We ended up unable to shower and had to change our clothes in the lobby bathroom area. After 20 mins we hoped the room would be ready but it still wasn’t and we had to leave our suitcases in the receptionist desk for them to bring up later when room is available. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

English is very big problem
Pros:

English is very big problem, only manager understands English and is helpful also. Strange that they provide tea kettle with tea bags and sugar bags but they never provide milk sache are sugar-free alternative. Morning breakfast choice is little and if one item gets over it is not refilled soon in spite of several reminders.
