The room was either too cold or two warm. Really small given the fact we paid over £300 a night. Shabby conditions poor decir
Beautiful hotel, clean room beautifully decorated and with everything needed to make our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and free use of spa facilities. It felt 5 star!
spent 1 night at this boutique hotel and unfortunately it did not live up to the price tag of over €300 per night. The room felt poorly maintained, with scuffed doors and frames, and the bathroom had pests, which was very off-putting. Overall, the property did not feel fresh or cared for. We expected a much higher standard for this rate and cannot recommend it.
Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city.
Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive.
We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter!
Overall a fantastic stay - I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again. 10 of 10.
Hotel areas & rooms are beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast also has a good choice.
The hotel is in a quiet part of Florence with about a 20 minute walk to the historic area. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The outdoor dining area was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was spacious. Comfortable bed. Great place to stay if you want to get away from all the hustle.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Amazing hotel that I look forward to returning to
The staff at the Palazzo Lorenzo was great. They were very helpful with any inquiries I had. Whether recommending restaurants, arranging transportation or making cappuccinos at 2am. Would stay there again.
The accommodations were great, hotel is wonderfully decorated and the room I had was way bigger than I thought it would be.
Good
The best place, the best service, everyone was very kind.
Absolutely beautiful. Really quiet at night. Lovely people. Breakfast delicious. The spa is spotlessly clean and you get it to yourself for 50 minutes.
Wonderful hotel and the staff are amazing. Breakfast was delicious!
Easy to get into the city..
Outstanding!
Everything about the property was wonderful from the cleanliness to the staff's helpfulness. The only thing that could be improved is the gym area, it only contains a treadmill, ab machine, and three sets of dumbbells that range in weight from 3-10lbs.
We stayed at Palazzo Lorenzo for 3 nights in July. I can’t fault this hotel. It’s quaint and very quiet mainly due to its location being on the outskirts of the city (15 mins walk) The T2 tram is nearby which brings you direct to the airport.
Hotel staff were at hand if needed and breakfast had an extensive buffet choice no matter what your dietary requirements were.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel is in a great location, just far enough from the bustle of touristy Florence, but everything was in easy reach.
The spa was a nice bonus.
We had to ask to move room. The first room has a very strong drain smell and the roller blind was broken (in the down position) so we had no light. Not great for a 3 night stay. Asked to be moved, said they would send maintenance. Asked again the following morning, they said they would send maintenance. When we came back the blind still broken so the new reception team immediately moved us. Totally different style of room, smaller, but big windows on to the garden and everything worked.
Also, the breakfast was pretty basic for a 4-star hotel. Cheap ingredients and not a very big selection. However, we did enjoy our stay in Florence
Love the location nice room great breakfast
