Wunderbar cosy und unkompliziert freundlich.
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl und sehr hübscher Atmosphere. Völlig unkompliziert konnten unsere Kinder und Enkel auch dazu kommen obwohl sie in der Nähe in einer Ferienwohnung untergebracht waren.

Cons:

Dass vom Personal kaum jemand schweizerdeutsch versteht hat mich überrascht. Unabhängig von der Sprachkompetenz waren die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Solide, aber zu teuer für das, was man bekommt.
Pros:

Es war sauber, ordentlich und speziell mit dem Holz und dem Duft. Das Bad war top.

Cons:

Im Verhältnis zu den anderen 4 Sternehotels.
- Die Kissen!
- Die Matratzen.
- Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Stern Hotel am unteren Ende.
- Bedinung konnte nur italienisch (wir sind immer noch in der Schweiz).
- Internet sehr unbefriedigend
- minibar hatte leider nur 2 Flaschen Wasser!

Das ist alles auf hohem Niveau jammern, aber da wir in vielen Hotels übernachten, können wir, so glauben wir, dies gut einschätzen.

Hotel kann nur weiter empfohlen werden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde durch das Personal jeden Morgen sauber gemacht. Sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Fernseher im Zimmer (Satellitenempfang) war sehr schlecht. Nach 30 Minuten schaltete der Fernseher immer wieder aus und es musste neu gestartet werden.

Schönes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugeteilt direkt gegenüber einer großen Baustelle, zum Hotel gehörend, an der den ganzen Tag laut gearbeitet wurde. In der Nacht lief jede Stunde ein Kompressor an, der über 5 min ein lautes Pumpgeräusch erzeugte. Obwohl das Hotel nur sehr wenig Gäste hatte, wurde uns genau dieses Zimmer zugewiesen. Ich finde das nicht sehr gastfreundlich.
