Sewage smell

Cons:

It smelled very strongly of sewage. You could hear every sound from The Other rooms. It was very hard to relax. I wanted to swim but the smell of sewage was overwhelming

Have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this was not up to the quality I was accustomed to..
Pros:

Our room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom had been updated.

Cons:

Hallways had an odor, there were many stains in the hallway carpeting and they looked dirty to me. If was if they had not been vaccumed in weeks. Tile flooring was sticky in the lobby/breakfast areas.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Got trapped in elevator for 20 minutes. No one from hotel responded to alarm . Called 911 waited another 10 to be rescued. NO HOTEL MGR OR ANYONE ELSE SAID THEY WERE SORRY. Instead charged for parking. TV was broken .

Cons:

Breakfast had an hour left before it was over. Most of the food was gone and I was told that they weren't going to be putting any more food out. Very disappointed with the breakfast.

Our stay was fine.
Pros:

location was nice and simple to get to Steelers game. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Seating not the best for breakfast. Small when hotel is full like it was on game day. Carpets are quite stained in places could maybe use a facelift in the future.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff was polite and friendly, the breakfast was diverse. The airport shuttle was such a bonus, though the hotel is not as close to the airport as anticipated.
