It was clean, the cark park was for free
The bath facilities and the air conditioning had their best times long ago.
the windows do not open, there is no fresh air, the smell from the kitchen can be felt through the ventilation. the toilet seat is damaged and matted, this is not the first time I've been in this hotel, but every time it gets worse and worse.
Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze - in beschränkter Zahl - sowie die Nähe zur grossen Fussgängerzone sind für mich die einzigen Plus-Punkte dieser Unterkunft.
Das ganze Haus hat gut sichtbar gealtert. Für ein 4****-Haus hätte verschiedenes schon länger renoviert werden müssen (z.B. Badezimmer, Teppich-Bodenbeläge sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss) und zum Teil sind die Möbel unschön abgenutzt. Die Kundenorientierung und die Motivation des Personals stelle ich mir zudem anders vor als erlebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird etwas lieblos präsentiert und entspricht damit auch der Ambiance des Raumes.

Tolles Hotel, super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, sicherer Parkplatz und sehr gutes Frühstück. Bis zur „ Flaniermeile“ sind es nur wenige Schritte.
Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf der Rückseite des Hotels zeigt auf eine riesige Invest-Ruine. Also einfach Gardine zulassen.
Всё было предельно комфортно. Поздний заезд не стал помехой. Заехал после 12 ночи, сразу зарегистрировали, выдали электронный ключ. Всё заняло примерно 5 минут. Номер был чистый и просторный. Все необходимые вещи, были предоставлены.
Personne à la piscine/sauna si vous y allez tôt
Décevant sur de nombreux points: hôtel vieillot dans l'ensemble, cuillère et tasse manifestement pas lavées dans la chambre, confort très basique et minimaliste, impossible de régler la température de la chambre
