Nice modern hotel in a good location

La comida muy buena, tenían de todo y la atención del personal en el buffet muy buena 😃

La atención de recepción fue muy mala , no había luz lo entendemos . Pero muy mal trato hacia el cliente ante la situación , subimos por las escaleras sin luces de emergencia y de paso toda la escalera oscura con nuestros celulares alumbrando hasta llegar a la habitación .En la habitación teníamos hormigas.

La segunda noche, no se qué tipo de problema tuvieron que se fue la luz durante la noche y tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador, cosa imposible en pleno verano en costa brava. Para mas inri, a la mañana siguiente en el buffet del desayuno NO tenian cafe, pese a pedirlo al personal no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, ni en el bar anexo ni en otro restaurante que tienen ellos mismos a dos pasos. No es nada justo que pagues desayuno y no te lo sirvan, y no te ofrezcan ninguna solucion. Aparte del pesimo descanso nocturno a 32 grados sin a/c.
