Pros:

It's not the Ritz on Maui but it's not as bad as some reviews claim. It was clean, quiet, hard mattress but not bad, restaurant was not always open, buffet could be better, lot of places to eat a short walk from hotel. Staff was Amazing, above and beyond actually. Also I must on their behalf make a defense for the restaurant, it was off season and the tourists haven't completely returned to previous numbers. I think it was a good stay for the price, I'll stay here again.

After all I will return there!

I use this Hotel since more than 15 years! It has recently new management and they are really concerned to do their best for the customers. However, only the manager speaks some English and all the others do not know the difference between yes and no. Many staff but not for working, only showing where you have to go (restaurant, elevator, toilet, etc.) and what you should do. Sleep comfort is very good (bed, mattress, sheets, pillows). Bathrooms have been renewed (faucets, etc.) But be careful with the A/C: sometimes it's not working and then moving to another room in the night is not that pleasant. Price quality is excellent.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Leute bemühen sich , mit Farbe ein anderes Bild zu bekommen. Ich bin immer wieder gerne dort , die Perfektion und Freundlichkeit der Beschäftigten sind super.

Older hotel with good service, very professionable
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Hotel is close to the Suranaree golf course and to downtown. Dont go to Tiger Golf, Suranaree is better.
It rained hard when I was there. Some rain water leaked into the room. They immediately switched out rooms for me.
Pleasant experience.

Terrible in all ways......
Pros:

This hotel is nothing like it reports to be, the room was big but old and run down, there were bugs in the bed and shower and the towels were filthy....

When I tried to explain that I had aroma booked the staff did not have a clue and when I tried to explain it was booked on line they suggested that I had booked the wrong hotel...... And tried to charge me again for something that I had already paid for.
