Good property to save money, but not ideal
Pros:

Price was good

Cons:

Location wasn’t ideal but that’s more my own fault for not researching well enough. Room seemed a little dirty and the bathroom had a urine smell. The shower curtains were also slimy and yellow

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

Old interior , parking was so tight I was scared to get crunched. Literally homeless encampments surrounding the place. Room barely secure , one lock. We used a chair to prop under the handle for safety. The beds suck.

Comfy bed, good location.
Pros:

Room was big enough for 3 of us. Room was clean with basic amenities. Heater/Ac working well. Bed was comfortable.

Don’t hv elevator.

Good value for your stay
Pros:

The property is well maintained, safe, clean and at a central location. The neighborhood where it is definitely sketchy but despite that with a car makes it easier to get around.

Pros:

To start, everywhere I go I start with a mold inspection of the restroom because that's usually where I find mold. No mold. Perfect. Next cleanliness, no exaggeration, even the toilet bowl was detailed and sealed with a wrap to let you know it has been sanitized. The floors were spotless, the sheets were bright and soft, the AC blew quiet cold and the TV was big. The hotel is fenced in for security. The 18 cameras recording are visible when you check in at the front desk. There are some homeless outside but the property owners make it their responsibility to make sure they dont come in to bother anyone. It is safe, clean, and the receptionist was kind. Thank you guys for a great stay. 5 put of 5 for sure. Till next time!!
