Hotel Sai Palace Grand Malad

Not great experience

Check in: we got a room which was not as per what is shown on the Hotels. com website. After pointing this to them, it took 10 minutes, but they generously changed and gave us more than what was specified. Cleanliness was a little compromised (housekeeping did not clean the torn milk powder sachets etc...). Conveniently located, a good spread for the buffet breakfast. Heard good reviews about their food, but could not eat because of other commitments. Apparently very popular restaurant amongst locals. The staff in the 7th-floor-breakfast hall could wear a smile.

They Should implement no smoking policy in room as some rooms do not smell well.

The customer service desk was managed friendly and helpful staff, but due to other activities such as weddings and other functions. The work and preparation was done in the night and the staff doing the work were noisy. And we’re not supervised. This went on every night, I had to complain and they offered me room on 4th floor but night staff were still noisy

Hotel Sai Palace Grand, Malad, Mumbai is a fine place to stay because of the pleasing personality of most of the staff, neat rooms and good food. I frequently stay at Sai Palace Grand, Malad and this time my stay was excellent because some of our special food item demands were provided promptly. Another browny point was a recliner/massager in the room. It is located very near the Infinity Mall and a little away are other two famous Malls, namely, Inorbit and Hypercity. At the back of Sai Palace Grand there are several shops in Evershine Nagar. It is away from Airport but useful because of many other positives. Breakfast hall and two dining places are pretty good. On the whole, excellent stay and value for money.

This was my second superb experience at Hotel Sai Palace Malad. I guess it's always gonna be this hotel Everytime I wanna stay at a hotel.

it was not so good. In the morning about 9.00 A.M., i booked a banquet room for 25 guests which turned out to be a not booking. In the morning i booked BANQUET room, selected the menu & time(8.30 P.M to 10.30 P.M.), the banquet manager confirmed the booking. Also, i had authorized Rs 20000(NEARLY $300 US) in that morning just to learn that there was no booking at 8.30 P.M. It was so embarrassing.
We had booked a suite but we got the deluxe room instead. After a electric malfunction in that room we were moved to suite which was not cleaned.
