H78 Maldives

What a great place, for a stay based in Hulhamale or stopover. Great staff, and airport pickup was very welcome. This will be my go to for any future travel here.

Really convenient stay while waiting for our flight. The drop off and pick up at the airport was super convenient. There’s also a lot of walking distance food options. There’s water sports right in front of the property if you are interested in doing that.

Everything was very nice. The staff are some of the lovliest people. The only problem you will face is their wifi speed. You won't have access to good wifi from within your room.

As someone from Europe, that can become frustrating because of the wifi speeds here, but don't mistake that for the overall hospitality. Top notch hotel and lovel staff. The beach is literally in front of the hotel too.

Lovely staff but so noisy hotel - lots of street noise and hotel noise….

I cannot complement the staff of H78 highly enough. Across the board, everyone was lovely, bright, helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

Perfect place to stay if you have a late flight out of Ventana. As most seaplanes have no air conditioning, you will arrive in Male sweaty and icky. If you have a 4-7 hour window from seaplane arrival and check in, spend the less than $100 to get a shuttle to/from the hotel to chill, shower and change into airplane outfit. Makes the trip back less of a hassle.

Pros: Airport shuttle service very convenient and comfortable. Breakfast buffet and baked goods very good. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff (Maya). In-room massage was FANTASTIC!
Cons: No in-room safe. Low water pressure in shower. Other than beach, nothing of interest close by. Ladies, remember to cover your legs down to knees when on beach and swimming. Dinner was not good (fish & chips), lunch was ok (chicken shwarma).
Good hotel if staying one night, I wouldn't consider it as a destination vacation stay.

Brilliant

Overall great staff and good customer service however the facilities are a bit small and no necessities. Need to buy your own shower gel body wash, which is fine. Just need to be disclosed this air conditioning. Doesn’t really work needs to be left on for hours so if you leave the room 3 to 4 hours are needed to make the room cool again.

Stayed here to make my transfer to the resort the next days. Average place but nice staff. It did the job for me.

Well located, 15 minutes from Male Airport. We stayed one night after our vacation in a resort island before return home. The room has all you need. Beautiful beach in front of the hotel. We ate at the Hotel restaurant and the food was delicious.All staff is super friendly and helpful. They include roundtrip airport/ boat or resort transportation. Recommended!!

Wonderful staff. Above and beyond.

I had a very pleasant one night stay at H78 before going on a surf boat trip. Staff were very welcoming from airport pick up to check in to the restaurant and to drop off at the ferry terminal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options were varied and tasteful. I highly recommend the Reef Fish and Tuna Kothu Roshi. Rooms are a good size, with a comfy bed, air con, bathroom amenities and fantastic view.

When our flights got delayed the staff at H78 where responsive and extremely flexible. Thanks again in helping with a great start to our Maldives vacation.
