Dessus de tout les supplement que nous avons eu a payer. Sur les photos nous voyons la piscine ect ... arriver sur place elle etait en supplement

Ubicación perfecta, experiencia mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy cerca de la playa. También destacaría el desayuno, que es variado, abundante y de buena calidad. Las chicas de recepción muy majas.

Cons:

El spa nos decepcionó bastante: es pequeño y algunas instalaciones, como las saunas y algunos botones del jacuzzi, no funcionaban. El masaje tampoco estuvo a la altura del precio, que es bastante elevado.

La habitación necesita mejoras. La ducha no tiene mampara y se moja todo el baño, incluso el papel higiénico. Además, resulta poco práctico que un hotel junto a la playa no disponga de ganchos o espacios para colgar ropa mojada.

Por otro lado, las ventanas no cerraban bien y el aire acondicionado dependía de ello para funcionar. Incluso cuando conseguimos cerrarlas correctamente, el aire acondicionado seguía sin funcionar como debía.

Great place for a restful, healthy vacation
Pros:

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, close to the beach but far enough away from the centre of Roses. I had a wonderful massage. The spa has an amazing hydromassager too! Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Cons:

There could have been some vegetables - e.g., cut cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes - added to breakfast
