Pros:

Amazing stay with a fun resort vibe!
The rooms are huge—tons of space to relax and unwind. The hotel has a great resort-style feel, which made the whole experience even better. You can pay extra for a drinks package (I didn’t), but even without it, I had full access to all areas of the property. My favorite part was the live entertainment in the evenings—especially the karaoke nights, which were a blast!

Horrible Stay
Pros:

We rented an apartment for 4 nights. The first apartment we got was falling apart, literally. The air conditioning had fell down on the floor. One night lamp was missing, the other lamps was stained and rusty. The fire alarm was beeping etc. So we got a new apartment, just as bad. The kitchen was so dirty we didn’t even use it. It was rusty and dusty, it also attracted bugs. The air conditioner didn’t work. We let reception know about the air conditioner not working, the fridge was a freezer, and how dirty the place was. They didn’t clean it and didn’t fix it. They also didn’t compensate us or did anything to help at all really. We were met with an annoyed condescending manager and helpless employees. The cue in reception is about 30min to an hour long no matter what time of day you go there. Would not recommend.

Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable. El establecimiento es grande y muy conveniente. La pega, que tiene ciertas cosas muy antiguas que desmerecen el sitio y que sólo pasen cada 3 días a limpiar en el apartamento. Estuvimos 6 días y solo nos limpiaron un día.

La struttura è molto bella, usufruisce dei servizi dell'hotel Marta's e Bolero, quindi palestra, ristorante e piscine. Noi abbiamo preso la formula all inclusive che non mi è piaciuta del tutto non tanto per la qualità dei cibi che ho trovato di buona qualità rispetto ad altre strutture in cui ero stata gli anni precedenti quanto per gli orari ridotti del servizio, l'utilizzo di bicchieri di plastica con cauzione di un euro anche per bere un caffè!! La camera era bella, materassi comodi in pratica si trattava di un miniappartamento con un giardino. La spiaggia è a 500 metri ma non è strepitose ma davvero in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono belle calette. Manca il phon. Nonostante alcuni aspetti negativi che ho elencato tornerei perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente alto

+ Le ménage, changement de draps et de serviettes de toilettes tous les 2 jours
- malgré les efforts du personnel, les communs et allées, le tour de la piscine manquent de poubelles
pas assez de sensibilisation des touristes sur le tri sélectif et de signalétique à ce sujet aux alentours des poubelles de couleurs, rien sur cela dans l'appartement
