Chambre indigne d'un 4 etoiles
Pros:

L'extérieur agréable, les piscines, les jardins, le terrain de tennis

Cons:

La chambre totalement indigne d'un 4 étoiles : senteur d'humidité, bas de cuisine totalement délabré, rouille à de nombreux endroits, miroir avec les bords abîmés.
Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil avant de quitter l'hôtel et ils m'ont dit qu"'ils n'étaient pas les patrons". Quel manque de considération !

Llegamos al check-in del hotel a las 14:00 y nos informaron que la entrega de llaves sería entre las 14:30 y las 15:00. No es una queja, sino una observación, ya que en Booking se indica que la entrada es a las 14:00, lo que evidencia una falta de coordinación desde el inicio.

Una vez nos entregaron las habitaciones, la primera impresión fue muy positiva. Nos alojamos en tres apartamentos, cada uno con su baño, cocina, nevera, aire acondicionado y televisión, además de su respectiva terraza. El hotel cuenta también con buenas zonas comunes: piscinas bonitas, bares agradables y un gimnasio que, aunque correcto, podría mejorar. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas en Mallorca, al principio todo parecía estar a la altura, especialmente siendo un viaje de amigos con sus respectivas parejas.

Sin embargo, comenzaron a aparecer varios aspectos negativos. La cama “doble” en realidad eran dos camas individuales unidas, que se separaban constantemente, resultando bastante incómodo. Llegaba a tal punto que había que elegir entre dormir juntos de forma incómoda o separados.

La ducha parecía bastante antigua (tipo años 80) y con muy poca presión, lo que hacía que ducharse fuera lento y poco práctico. Las cocinas también estaban desactualizadas: una de ellas no funcionaba y, aunque había tostadoras en los tres apartamentos, ninguna servía. Tuvimos que acudir a recepción para pedir una que funcionara y así poder preparar algo básico.

En cuanto a los utensilios de cocina, la situación era bastante deficiente. Había muy pocos y en mal estado, hasta el punto de que preferimos comer con las manos o comprar cubiertos de plástico.

Además, los televisores eran muy antiguos, prácticamente obsoletos. No permitían acceder a aplicaciones como YouTube ni a contenido moderno, y apenas ofrecían algunos canales con calidad muy baja, casi en blanco y negro.

Personnelle sympathique, plusieurs piscines

Cons:

L'appartement n'était pas très propre, il n'est pas du tout ventilé, moisissure au plafond, on dort dans l'humidité,tout est collant, la salle de finesse est minuscule n'est pas propre, l'emplacement n'est pas top non plus, deux petites plages à proximité pour le nombre de l'hôtels, ça doit être horrible en été pour ce qui veulent profiter de la mer. L'hôtel ne vaut pas du tout 4 étoiles
