Nice hotel if you need a place to stay on your way down the coast.
Pros:

The location was excellent - right across the harbor. The hotel itself if nice. There is a free coffee machine available 24 hours a day in the lobby where you can make nice coffee drinks like lattes.

Cons:

The breakfast options were very limited. Options were cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, Danishes,. whole fruit. Cream cheese and peanut butter was available.

We had an amazing stay. Room had lots of room are our party of 6.
Pros:

Location, atmosphere, clean & big room.

Cons:

Need better pillows some were flat. That’s all everything else was great.. LOL

I would choose another option next time.
Pros:

The coffee machine was fantastic! Breakfast was good enough. The price was great!

Cons:

We had some standout negatives which dominated our experience. The rooms were clean but so dated. At least pull the wallpaper boarders off. Get rid of the push button phone that isn’t plugged in. I could see keeping it for nostalgia sake if it were rotary dial, but push buttons don’t have the same effect. My mattress was sloped so I had to sleep diagonal on the bed. There was a very loud musical group playing in the conference room which was easily heard in our room for a few hours.

Pros:

Nice location and spacious rooms. Comfy beds. 24 hour coffee machine, and various breads and toasts in the morning. Nice helpful staff. I liked that you could open the window to get some fresh air, at least on the 3rd floor we could. Parking lot can get a bit noisy with folks coming late and leaving early, so it was good to have earplugs. AC/heat/fan worked fine (weather was changing so we used all 3 options). We stayed an extra night because it was a good location to use as a base while exploring the surrounding areas.

Cons:

Cigarette smell randomly came up though the drain pipe of the sink. We solved by plugging the drain and the overflow, and keeping the window open for several hours during the day. Staff had not heard of this being a problem so probably it was a fluke. We enjoyed our stay despite this and would come back again.

Pros:

Exceeded our expectations. Querky lobby area, spacious room with harbour view. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast bagel bar and free tea and coffee available in lobby was good. Good parking.

Cons:

Decor in room was a bit dated. No USB points in room.. Limited choice for breakfast - fortunately we like bagels!

Good hotel location when traveling the coast and visiting the redwood park. Staff was friendly and it had a laundry room
Pros:

Location to Redwood park and the ocean. Room was large and clean. On site laundry room.

Cons:

Dated decor and old style bed coverlet, breakfast was lackluster.

Pros:

I love this place, classic and has personality. Very genuine and authentic, we are fortunate to have a place like this. Angela is amazing, she is warm, kind and is really great at her job.

Not great, but not terrible
Pros:

Our room had a nice view of the marina. The breakfast was good. The self-service laundry was convenient and well priced, and it had a nice reclining couch if you want to wait while you're doing laundry. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room was fairly clean, but the box spring covers and the curtains were filthy. The bed spreads were the most worn, faded, and tattered I've ever seen in a hotel. I hope the reason is because they actually wash them regularly.

The room is very large. The sink area counter is very large.

Cons:

The breakfast area is too small the breakfast options should have some type of protein. Parking was tight. option.
