O pessoal de atendimento no check-in foi muito educado e prestativo. Tentaram resolver as alterações encontradas no quarto e buscar soluções.

Cons:

Vagas para estacionamento fora da hospedagem e falta de orientação do porteiro. De um modo geral, as instalações estão muito mal cuidadas e precárias, diferente das fotos apresentadas no Booking.

Estacionamento longe; limpeza ruim ( tinha copos sujos de batom no quarto; WC com sujeiras no chão. Trajeto do quarto ate o local do café da manha sem proteção para chuva. Sem tomadas acessíveis na cabeceira da cama.; cabeceira da cama fixada na parede dificultando o acesso ao interruptor three-way e a única tomada próximo a cabeceira. Smart tv desconectada da rede Wi-Fi. Cortinas black-out nao era suficiente para impedir a entrada da luz...o café da manha superlotado com mesas no terreo e em pavimento superior limitando a acessibilidade.

Morgendlicher Lärm aus der angrenzenden Teeküche hat Schlafen nach 7:00 unmöglich gemacht. Laute Klimageräte direkt über dem Kopfende des Bettes. Generell renovierungsbedürftiger Zustand der Gebäude und des Pools. Zu wenige Liegen am Pool.
