Super gerne auch ein drittes Mal
Pros:

Waren im Zuge unserer Bali Reise jetzt nochmal im Royal Casa, weil es uns vor zwei Wochen schon so gut gefallen hat. Es war wieder alles bestens vom Zimmer, bis zu Mitarbeitern und natürlich dem Frühstück und Essen.

Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality, helpful staff, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere.

Cons:

We would also like to share a few suggestions that could make the experience even better. The breakfast options were quite limited, and having a wider variety would be appreciated. We also feel that the swimming pools, both the villa pool and the main pool, could benefit from an upgrade and more frequent water changes/maintenance.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Casa Ganesha Ubud. The staff were absolutely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made my stay special.

The cleanliness was excellent, and I really appreciated that the room and hotel were cleaned every day. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.

A special mention to Sandika, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. His warm hospitality and willingness to assist really stood out and made me feel very well taken care of.

One of the highlights was the beautiful rice terrace surroundings, where you can enjoy the peacefulness of nature and even dine while taking in the beautiful views. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience, especially being surrounded by Ubud’s natural beauty. 🌿🌾

Cons:

The only area I felt could be improved was the Dedari facial/massage experience, which unfortunately did not meet the same high standard as the hotel and staff. The treatment itself could have been better.

Preis-Leistung gut aber nur für 1-3 Tage. Wirklich nur für einen kurzen Trip und nur zum Übernachten.

Die Lage war traumhaft.

Cons:

Das Poolwasser ist total milchig.
Es wird jeden Tag etwas (Müll und Abfall) verbrannt und daher riecht es den ganzen Tag nach Verbrannter Asche und man kann dadurch nicht durch atmen.
Das Bad ist nicht belüftet und daher riecht es nach Feuchtigkeit und man selber bemerkt man es an sich.

Perfekt wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, total schön gestaltet und hat eine richtig entspannte, idyllische Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, man wurde immer herzlich empfangen und gut betreut.

Das Essen war auch gut und völlig in Ordnung, es gab genug Auswahl.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Bien, pero necesitas coche si quieres ir al centro
Pros:

Teníamos una villa privada y estaba bien decorada y era amplia. El desayuno es un buffet variado y el restaurante que tiene está bien si no se quiere salir del hotel. El personal muy bien, concretamente Sandika nos trató muy bien.

Cons:

La ubicación no es del todo buena si se quiere ir mucho al centro. Dependes de un coche o moto para ir al centro. En el baño hay una rendija que comunica con el baño de la Villa de al lado y se escucha todo.

Perfect.
Pros:

We just spent 6 nights in Royal Casa Ganesha Resort with our family of three. We were very sad to leave! Would have loved to stay longer. The resort is beautiful with lush green jungle gardens, an infinity pool with beautiful views over the rice terraces. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool. It was very beautiful and typical Balinese. Can’t explain how friendly and helpful the staff is. It was a gift to come back here after a full day of exploring the very busy Ubud area and having the peace and tranquility of the resort. Thank you so much to all the helpful al super friendly staff, thank you Odin, Oka and Ayu for the amazing service, the nice talks we had and for looking out for our daughter with her food allergies. We were sad to leave, but we love to come back next year. Terima kasih banyak! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Nothing. We are now in somewhat busier Sanur and I must say, it’s an adjustment after the tranquility of Royal Casa Ganesha.

Beautiful but need to upgrade staff & restaurant
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights and we had a pool villa .. amazing service and they made beautiful pool breakfast for my daughter’s birthday .. I would recommend this resort if in Ubud

Cons:

Dinner was not that great, they need to improvise on options. I had half board and selected dinner but they misunderstood that it’s only for one night and made us wait to check details for 1 hour. Was a bit disappointing and I had to contact booking.com to clarify the half board. It was a bit like they don’t know what’s a half board and they run a resort and one night dinner was late for 1.5 hours due to Chef on leave and my child slept off. For food wise very disappointing
