Great hotel and restaurant
Pros:

Really good hotel the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room spotlessly clean and represented the photos. Nice bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and AC/fan combo perfect. It was nice to have a TV with streaming services in the room. The location was perfect easy walking distance from the city centre highlights and still quiet in the evenings. The restaurant on the rooftop served exceptional food and we ended up eating there pretty much every night. As western tourists if we find a good plave to eat that feels hygienic and safe we stick to it. A little pricier than some place but we felt it was worth it and younget a 15% discount as a hotel guest. Beautiful views from the restaurant as well.

Cons:

The only thing that stopped me from giving a perfect score was the wifi. Although it was stated high speed on on the booking page it was very slow and due to it being an old building in a built up are, mobile reception was pretty poor as well. There were frequent power cuts during the day as well but they have a back up generator which kicked in each time.

Stay could have been better…
Pros:

The location was good. Staff barring the restaurant stuff, other stuff were was good.

Cons:

We were initially offered an inferior room - not matching the description provided while booking. Change of room was highly irritating. Behaviour and attitude of the stuff of the roof top restaurant was unacceptable. The discount offered on food for resident guests were denied on the first night.

На пару ночей нормально, но очень шумно и если с собой тяжёлые чемоданы - неудобно поднимать их по лестнице
Pros:

Прекрасные люди работают в этом отеле! Просторные номера, вполне чисто и аккуратно. Мы выезжаем рано утром и нам положили с собой завтрак. Большое спасибо за заботу!

Cons:

Скудный завтрак, хотелось бы больший выбор блюд. Неудобно то, что по узкому лестничному пролёту приходится поднимать чемоданы, лифта наверх нет(( и место очень шумное

Room AC was not working and was making a lot of moise and inspite of complaining multiple times no resolution was provided. Booked taxi and inspite giving him clear instructions of how to book taxi wrong taxi was booked. Please do not book this hotel.

Top Unterkunft, alles hat gestummen! Sauber, zentral, nettes Personal, AC und TV einwandfrei funktioniert. Durften unsere Sachen dort frühzeitig abgeben und lagern. Hat sogar einen Lift. Unten gibt es ein tolles Café mit echt gutem Kaffee und Frühstück und oben ein etwas teures aber sehr nettes Restaurant mit Dachterasse mit super Aussicht auf den See und Sonnenuntergang!

Lautes Gehupe von der Straße, Zimmer zwar schön groß, aber recht nüchtern eingerichtet und ziemlich dunkel.

Gute Lage. Dias Zimmer war groß, sachlich eingerichtet. Schöne Rooftop Bar und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider wurde das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht nicht aufgeräumt.

Pros:

We stayed for 3 days with a kid and this is one of the best hotels. They have a nice rooftop restaurant with a great view. Breakfast was very good on all three days. The front office staff were polite and friendly. The room was very neat and clean.

Emplacement central pour visiter Udaipur (accessible seulement en tuk-tuk ou à pied)
