Pros:

Demi Hotel turned out to be a little gem. It is a quiet place, with clean rooms, serves delicious breakfast of local foods, and space to sit outside on the front porch or room balcony. I chose a balcony room and was able to listen to the birds in the morning and church bells on Sunday. The best part of staying here is the owners and people working here. Everything I needed was taken care of and they offered so much help in navigating the city and making my time in Tbilisi enjoyable, to include helping find an old friend in the area. I hope to come back here someday. If you stay here, it's like staying with family.

this hotel is not a hotel , probably a house is converted in to hotel with 6-7 room but we never recommend to any friend if hotel is for comfort . only good for night sleeping but cot & mattress was not comfortable , bath room shower was leaking & less water pressure .
